Hey, the page to enter my email address finally showed up. But what I assume is the button to launch is X'ed out - like when a picture doesn't load.

I got to that part, entered my email address, and hit enter. I'm still waiting now.

Not being able to log in is unacceptable to me. Royal Caribbean does not have these issues with their webcasts. What a bust!

I can't get in either. It's been loading for over 10 minutes. Got to the log in page only to have it time out.

yeah, waiting 3-4 minutes to get the login screen then a "cannot display" error after that. If I hit the back button I wait another 3-4 min for the log in screen. And don't bother with the "Need Help?" button - not being to login isn't a topic!
