As we don't visit Florida often enough to warrant an Owner's Locker, I was searching for travel sized condiments to pack for our next trip.

I found the following site:
http://www.minimus.biz

They have all manner of products, from salad dressing, to laundry detergent, to personal items.

I'm determined to only take carry ons next trip. I purchased small containers in the dollar store (they were 2/$1) and filled them with whatever we need. I marked on them in permanent marker. Hopefully DD will cooperate with all her hair/makeup products!!!

I read on another thread that the TSA sometimes takes exception to carry-on liquids in containers that don't have their capacity labeled.

Can anyone confirm?

That would definitely cause a problem!! We flew from ISP to FLL beginning of the month and 3 of us had our little zip loc bags with the bottles from the dollar store. We didn't have any problems at either airport. I hope it won't be a problem next time. I need my Oil of Delay!!

I can't find where I read it, and now that I think about it I might be mistaken. I could have been <3oz that weren't in the ziploc bag. One of the examples was a baby food jar whose label had come off - although there is an exemption for baby food.

Although I rarely carry on, I do portion my toiletries into small containers.

My order on the minimus.biz web site included individual packets of salad dressing and mustard, as well as individual boxes of cereal. I know I can get the small cereal at the store, but we usually only like on or 2 of the kinds in the variety pack they sell - at minimus you can order multiple packs of the same kind.

There have been references on the Transportation board to the 3oz CVS brand sunscreen that's available. Minimus as multiple brands available in small sizes.

I use Minimus, too. This is perfect for us as the sealed single-serve containers will keep in our owner's locker. I think it is a great idea!
