Web Site Appearance

Since yesterday, the Disney website, when viewed on my desktop, looks like it is formatted for a mobile device. The Log In box takes up most of the screen. When I log in, any area that I navigate to has the appearance I would expect on my iPad or phone. I've closed the site and restarted my PC, but it doesn't revert to the correct size. Is anyone else seeing this?
