I was just wondering what weather would be like in beginning of November?
If the temperature is in the high 70's or low 80's is it also humid this time of year? Is it hot enought for shorts and swimming?
Thanks. ::MickeyMo

Hi there,

I have Birnbaum's guide to WDW and it says in November the weather is usually a low of 58 and a high of 78.

Lately, on these boards, I have been hearing a lot of people saying that November and December at WDW are cold. But, I think it all depends on where you are from. Last year, we were at Disney for Dec. 6-9. It was extremely, extremely hot for me. :sunny: I sweat (and had bad hair) the whole time. It was great for swimming and I think I only wore pants a couple of times. And, nothing more than a tank top.
:earsgirl:

In 2003 we went the first full week of November. Daytime temps ran 80-85 daily. It was still somewhat humid. We wore shorts everyday and swam quite a bit. The biggest thing that stood out to me was that it was never sunny on that trip. It was overcast pretty much everyday- we did see 2 full days of rain.
The evenings were considerably cooler though. At night we didn't swim. We had to wear pants and sweatshirts at night. It was usually in the low to mid 50's.

I went mid-November last year and the temp was high 80 during the day and dipped down to the 50's at night. So make sure you dress in layers if you think you're going to be out late. :)

Been twice the beginning of Nov - 2001 and 2002. In 2001 we had great weather - low humidity. In 2002 it got a little too warm and humid - I remember thinking I would never survive in July at Disney! I have heard you feel it more when it is warm and humid in Nov if you are from up north because you are not used to it anymore (it is already cooler up there). I lived in NJ at the time.

Check accuweather.com. They have a 15 day forecast and the beginning of November this year is shaping up to be cooler than my previous November trips.

we've got the cold front down here like the rest of the country right now. it's only 70 now. in a week, it'll be low 80's in the day and 60's at night. perfect for sleeping with the windows open. :)
