The weather for next week is making me crazy. Started as one day, now rain or thunderstorms everyday, .

The rain percentages will go down. Really only next Wednesday looks like a decent possibility of scattered rains

It is a possibility that it will rain every day of your trip, but the rain usually doesn't last very long. And remember, rain means lower crowd levels. Go prepared for rain and have fun. Cheers !!!!!!

It's Florida. It's tropical. You just have to get used to it. If you want to avoid rain, you need to go to Southern California. Oh wait, it's flooding there. Never mind:)

you can't read central florida weather like anywhere else in the country. storms are so scattered and fast moving down here, it'll probably rain everyday, but the chance of it raining where you are is much less... Come in the summer, it'll say rain daily and it does for 20 minutes that may not be over you. the forecast was correct, it rained that day. but it's not like nyc where rain that day means rain all day and everywhere.

In the week leading up to my trip (which is this week) the weather forecast changed every day, and usually multiple times a day. I finally realized I needed to stop checking it and just go with whatever it may be. There's no sense worrying about what you cannot control.

I agree with the other poster who said not to worry about things you can't control. Two years ago we went down for a short trip in February and it was cold and blustery. We were walking around bundled in our winter coats we brought with us from New England and the high reached 38 degrees. I'd like to say it didn't matter, but it did kind of matter. We went in February partly to escape the winter cold. We had relatives with us that didn't see the appeal of going to Florida if it was like that. I would take 75 and rainy walking around in a poncho over bundled up in a goose down parka at Disney World any day.

Welcome to FL weather. One thing you cannot control on a FL vacation (or anywhere for that matter) is the weather. The only option is to accept it or not go. One of the best park days I had was when it was rainy all day. With no thunder/lightning, most attractions are still open. Most people left the park. We didn't even bother with ponchos. We just got wet and walked on everything.

Welcome to the south. We are in SE TN but our forecast is almost the same.

It's clearing up now, but the POP (probability of precipitation) is actually pretty low. If it rains for 15 min on you in a day, then that would merit a high POP. I am there next week too, I am not in despair.

I don't know how we managed it, but we didn't see one drop of rain the whole week we were there in January. I still came prepared though!

A 90% chance of rain only means that there's a 90% chance that it will rain at some point in the day, not that it will rain for 90% of the day. As noted by others, thunderstorms and rain showers pop up quickly and regularly in warm weather and are usually of very short duration.

Don't be too concerned. The forecast will keep evolving. We are entering the spring transition out of the dry season. Rain and showers will become more common.

But mostly it will be the occasional shower. It sprinkled on us yesterday in Epcot.

And, as others have noted, nothing you can do about it. Keep the ponchos nearby and be ready to have a magical time.

You can't really predict FL weather. The forecast will constantly change right up until that day.

Don't stress too much about it. Those types of storms don't last too long anyway when they do happen.

I've been checking to weather also. We will be there next week too. From previous experience it is like what some have said. If it rains it is usually short lived. We were there once that it rained all day but the locals told us that was rare.

Lol now it is saying that there will be some showers but then 3 days of straight sun but temps in the 60s.

It has literally said everything, sun, gear, cold snap, rain, showers, clouds......

Keeps changing. It's actually hilarious.

My suitcase looks like it has multiple personalities. I've got everything from sweatshirts to sundresses and everything in between. That's the tricky part of traveling to WDW this time of year. You never know. Summer is easy to pack for because it's gonna be HOT.
