So far it's been rather mild temperatures for this time of the year, you may be lucky if temperatures stay as they are. Otherwise November is usually cold (layers, warm socks and shoes, hat and gloves very handy) and worst, wet. You can have quite heavy rain... A few years ago we were there for 3 days beginning of November and it was heavy rain non stop, all day long... Or you can have a beautiful, sunny cold day. Keep an eye on the weather forecasts but prepare for the worst...
There's plenty to do inside, most rides are either indoors, or covered. Big Thunder Mountain is the biggest outside ride but it's closing next week.
Unless you're there over the weekend, parks are usually nice and quiet in November (weekends, with the Christmas season, are VERY VERY busy), so you should be able to get plenty done with little queues. That also means that you can take a break from it all and go and enjoy a hot chocolate and a cake to warm up a bit (the Cable Car Bake Shop is a favourite for this). Or Cafe Fantasia, in the
Disneyland Hotel, if you feel like something fancier...
In Main Street, there are two covered walkways that take you from Town Square to the other side of Main Street, the Discovery Arcade (on the right, it takes you close to Discoveryland) and the Liberty Arcade (on the left, going towards Frontierland) The Liberty Arcade is also the start of a covered walkway that takes you all the way to Fantasyland and Adventureland, finishes next to Peter Pan and Pirates of the Caribbean (there's only a bit that is no longer covered). If it's raining, or crowded, it's really useful
I've stayed once in the Davy Crockett Ranch, it was end of November, and yes, rooms were heated. Very heated, we actually had to turn it down. There's also a really nice swimming pool (also heated), nice way of relaxing at the end of your day!
Have a great time
