Where can I post threads about weather in jan? I was wondering if anyone with experience can tell me the usual temperature around January 10-17? I'm clueless on what to pack that time of year being from jersey....

Most people who have weather questions post them in the Theme Parks Attractions and Strategies board, but honestly, for January, you have to plan for anything. Layers are the way to go.

I was afraid u would say that lol! I already over pack as it is! Now I have to pack for 2 "seasons"

We went that same time of year in 2010 and froze our butts off. At the time we were living in Minnesota and were looking forward to getting out of the frigid cold. No such luck. We ended up wearing our winter coats, hats and gloves! Good thing we flew in from Minnesota and had them with us. Many, many people were buying everything and anything warm to wear. That isn't typical, but just shows you that you need layers for that time of year because it's unpredictable.

we went over Super Bowl weekend the last 2 years...in 2012 it was hot-70's and 80's every day but cool once the sun went down....in 2013 it was cool during the day-60's mostly and COLD once the sun went down. I remember one night coming back from DTD on the boat to POR and it was absolutely freezing.

Unpredictable, definitely...but better than the heat & humidity in September!
