weather like in mid May in disneyworld?

is it cold at night? Is it the rainy season ( i guess it's always rainy here and there)...never been in may so just wondering...thanks!

It is usually nice, 80's, but it is FL! I was there once the last week of april into May and it was in the high 90's every day!! When I worked at Disney, it rained for a week straight in May! Just check the forecast before you go so you know what to expect!

Generally its less rainy in May than in the "real" summer and not quite as hot but if you get hot days, there'll be thunderstorms in the afternoon. Luckily they won't last long!
We'll be there in May this year so let's hope for good weather!!

We're counting down the days to our first family trip to Disney! DH, 2 DDs age 4 (by the time the trip gets here) and 9. And we're praying for good weather.

How crowded will Disney be in April? will school be in or not? would like to go when its less crowded, thanks

It on avg has the lowest rainfall, but this can be decieving because the showers come and go so quickly. We have been there a total of 14 days in May the last 2 years and have gotten only one afternoon shower that lasted 15 min (Of course we were in the middle of riding Triceratops Spin and got soaked, but that is another story.)

The temps are in the upper 80s and it is not so cool at night that you would need a sweater, unless you are really used to heat. (We were comfortable in shorts and a t in the evenings.)

The crowds are relatively low (with the exception of Memorial Day weekend), but definitely not empty by any means.
