We are going to DLR November 17-22 and were wondering about the weather during this time. Has anyone ever been? If so, what can we expect during the day vs. at night. Thanks!

It can be hit or miss, so pack for any weather and wear layers. Mornings/evenings tend to be cool, but we've been down there where it's down right cold and we needed winter jackets. We've been there when it rained (although it hasn't been bad/heavy rain, more a shower passing through) and we've been there when it's 75.

We've gone Thanksgiving week for the last 7 years (sans 1) and I now pack jeans, tshirts, sweatshirts, jackets, gloves and scarves. And some shorts for those in my family who prefer those.

Click on my tips link in my signature and look for weather. It will give averages for November.

When we went in November we had a little bit of everything. We also took a break during the late afternoon to go to the hotel and switch to warmer clothes/hoodies for when the sun went down.

it really varies, last year we were there thanksgiving week and it was warm enough to swim in the pool, it does get a bit cold early morning and nights.

Check the weather before you go. We've had it freezing (in the low 30's), raining, and hot.

Nice to cool in the day. At night you will likely need a hoodie or a jacket.

We were also there last thanksgiving and spent some time swimming. Got caught out during the evening and had to buy a new Disney hoodies as it was cold.

When was this? I've lived here my entire life and I can't say I can ever recall daytime temps in the 30s (or 40s for that matter) at any time of year. Daytime 50s would be extremely cold for us.
The 30's were in the nights. We had on scarves, hats, coats for the fireworks. The days were probably in the 50's. The news was talking about how it was record-breaking cold. It was probably in 2005 or 2006. Not sure - around that time. I think the following year it was unseasonably hot and we had to buy short sleeved shirts because we weren't prepared. That's why I say to check the weather. We learned the hard way. lol

Check the weather a couple days before you depart. We found ourselves packing summer wear & fall wear & grateful we had both. Water rides during the first couple days it was so warm but bundling up by night #4 as a cold front came in. We went around the beg of Nov I think.
