Right, I promise this will be the last thread for a while.;) I would have liked to have gone on 22nd Oct, but my school holiday is 29th - 2nd Nov and it is coming out a lot cheaper to go the week beginning Oct 29th...

...so my question is, what is the weather likely to be like from the end of Oct to the second week in November? Is it generally warm enough to swim in the pool? Is it shorts/t.shirt weather in the day? Anything I should bear in mind for this time of year?
Thanks.:)

Joolz we have been the end november before into december and 1st week december coming back 24th and the waether was lovely both times. We did water parks on both occasions and it was in the late 70's early 80's.however in the evening we wore a sweatshirt or a fleece as it did get chilly. I tended to wear 3/4 trousers and a tshirt but still warm enough for shorts. I feel the cold thts why I tend to wear the longer shorts. Hope this helps. We are going 8th november this time for 2 weeks so hoping it will be around the same temps. Less chance of rain this time of year as well.:thumbsup2

My wife and I have been going first two weeks in November for last 10 years. Weather is great, generally high 70s, low 80s during the day, 60s in the evening. For us shorts and t-shirt most of the time. We do usually get 1 or 2 days when the temps fall to 60s during the day and 50s at night so jeans and a fleece needed.
We went swimming most days last year and plenty of chances for the water parks. As mentioned by earlier poster not much rain. Think we have had 2 days rain in last 7 years.
We are going on 4th November for 2 weeks this year, already counting down.

Thanks. The kids love swimming so I was a bit worried that it would be too cool for a swim.:)

We were there last year from the 28th October for 2-weeks and apart from 1-2 days when it rained the weather was warm enough to swim, some days were cloudy but still warm during the day for shorts and tee's.

Evenings will get chilly, so a fleece or jacket is a must and at 2 a.m. on the first Sunday of November (6th this year) the clocks will go back one hour. I think sunset was then about 5.40 pm.
