Weather in mid March?

We rebooked during our November Eastern cruise to return for the Western on a March date. We loved the November weather...water was warm, air in 80's but not too hot at all. Really just perfect. If we had been able to hand pick weather, the Nov. temps and conditions would have been what we would select. So how is March? Has water warmed back up(or maybe it never gets cool?) Will conditions be warm, but not stiffling, or too cool for comfort? This will be the western trip, if that side of the Caribbean makes a difference.

We were on the Eastern cruise in March 2001. The weather at all the ports was perfect 80's. We had a beach day excursion at St. Thomas and the water was perfect. On CC the water was a bit chilly. You had to get used to it and you didn't want to stay in too long. The water on CC was warmer when we went in May 2002.
