Weather in Feb?

Thinking about Feb 2005 Western cruise....what's the weather like this time of year? Is it warm enough to swim? How about at night when strolling the ship, etc?

We cruised this past February, and rebooked for February 2005. During the day it was in the low-mid 80's (Castaway Cay day was a bit hotter). The water temp was great. We're from Maryland, so it might be different if you're from the south, but it felt great to us! At night, it was a bit cooler, but still pleasant to walk around deck or sit on the verandah.

We also cruised this past february and are re-booked for Feb 26, 2005. We loved it coming from the north east, it was very warm for us, we enjoyed the pools every day.
Great time to escape from the cold and snow.

I think we've done a total of 6 Feb. cruises. 5 were wonderful, one was COLD. Still, a great trip, and the week it was cold, it was 40 in Orlando!

You all had better luck with the weather than we did. We did this past Feb.26-29 and could not dock at CC because of high winds. The sun was out though!!

We were on the Feb 22 cruise(4 day) and the weather was sunny and around 80, except the last aftenoon it rained after 2:00 pm.

Feb 2003 was much warmer than this year! We hope to go again next Febroviding DCL hasnt cancelled any more cruises!Nat

We're from Nashua too and went in January. We swam in every port and everyday on the ship. We were away when it was the very cold week and they closed schools because of it, so to just be there was enough in itself. You will be fine and should be able to swim as much as you want. The only times it was even chilly was Port Canaveral when we left, 50's, but still wore shorts and short sleeves, and a couple nights on deck. Wore a sweatshirt.

So you will be fine. Have fun.....
