Weather in Disneyland in early Feb...

I've never been to southern California in the winter and we stumbled upon a quick vacation to Disneyland very recently. I'm just trying to plan how to dress. I understand it's mild during the day but gets a little chilly at night. Is there any chance i can get away with wearing shorts during the day?

What's really dress appropriate for days and nights in DL/DCA in February?

Everything is relative. It is currently 61 degrees every day and I'm cold! February is typically the same. It is either going to be cool and sunny or cool and rainy. We get periods of rain that lasts a few days. Once it even lasted a week. We get rain sometimes in the morning and by the afternoon it stops. It's kind of like gambling. However, the last few years it has rained every year on Presidents' Day weekend. So, if I had to bet, you'll be fine. It rarely gets below 40 at night. More than likely it will be in the 50s at night and 70s in the day. That is the typical temp. I have seen people wearing swimming suits in these temps. and in the rain. Just judge how you feel in 60-70 degree weather and dress accordingly.

Me and my fiance went last year during february. it rained most of the time and hard. we got soaked. some parts of the park were flooded.the ponchos helped. the good thing about it was that the lines were short. but it didnt hinder our vacation too badly. it is nicer there when it is warm. i hope it is nicer for you tho.

I don't think we'll be expecting any rain this winter. But it will be cold...especially if you are going to be watching Fantasmic by River Belle Terrace! The weather is on Disneyland.com site! Hope this helped!

Last year we broke an almost 100 year old record for rainfall. It POURED for what seemed like a month or more. It was very unique to have that much rain. That said it can vary so much here. Its cold now (again at least for me!) during the day - high 60's.. At night the temp really drops. to the mid 40's. I think that is freezing though my mom who lives in Oregon said their high yesterday was in the mid 30's!!

So. cal's weather is really sporadic in February. It can be hot, cold, rainy or all three!
Even if it's not raining bring a sweatshirt. Anaheim can be very cold once the sun sets!
