:confused3 We will be traveling to DLP in April. Being we are from the US we really have no idea of the weather in Paris or the Normandy area in April. Any help is appreciated...Thank you !!:mickeyjum

Best to think of it as 'mild'. Weather may dip as low as freezing (very doubtful) or as high as the high teens. Most likely it will hover somewhere around 7-12 degrees. You will most likely have some damp days as well.

It will be windier near the coast of course.

However, as you are from America, you may find that the biggest difference in Europe is the lack of air conditioning as found in America. That means that shops and restaurants, airplanes, and even hotel rooms have very little or even no air conditioning. This makes the air sometimes more humid, and definitely more stuffy. While it may not be 'hot' outside, it does get very warm indoors.

I always caution against that as you may find the indoors ie metro trains/stations, shops, ride queues are very warm compared to the outdoors. I know that my belief on temperature differences is often shot down here, but over on Flyertalk.com we have a very interesting discussion about average temperature in America vs Germany, and have determined that the average is at least 3 degrees warmer in Germany.

Hope that helps!

Thanks for the help!! I just hope the degrees you said are Celcius!!!!:lmao:

But of course! ;) Fahrenheit means nothing to me and usually I rely on CanadianGuy here to 'translate' for me...

I must be weird because I know the low temperatures in C (Oooh only 3 degrees at DLRP today,:cold: ) but I know summer temps by F (wow - up to 83 deg today.) That's what comes of being born just about the time the UK was switching from one system to the other.

So my fingers are crossed for a temperature in F not C for our visit in April. :rotfl:
