10 days out from booking window, any thoughts about buying LLMP with weather forecasts of 60% rain ? ( I know its summer pattern). Would you wait to purchase the week of trip?

The weather is so unpredictable in FL. I think the most accurate forecasts are from WESH weather based in Orlando, but honestly, they can change by the hour. I wouldn't bother to look at a FL forecast ten days out, or use it to decide if I wanted to buy.
Edited to add that you probably need to be okay with spending some park time in the rain to use your LLs, and or be okay with spending the money and not using them. With that said, you will hopefully be fine, and it will be showers instead of all day rain.

Yeah, it rains every day, but it only rains all day when there’s a tropical system in the area. In many trips to Disney, I’ve had all day rain only a handful of times (in September and October), and most of the time in the summer and early Fall, there may be a quick rain and rest of the day clear.

And the only reason you couldn't use your LLs would be because the rides went down, but I am assuming that they would let you come back later? For the LLSP, they wouldn't turn into an "anytime anywhere" pass like other G+ and FP back in the day, right?

Sorry, didn't see this until now and I realize it's too late for the OP, but for anyone who happens upon this thread later, it's important to recognize that 60% chances of rain are going to be pretty much an every day occurrence in central Florida during the rainy season (late May through mid-September) as that is about the climatological average probability of rain each day. As a recently retired NOAA meteorologist, I have a new (in development) website where I am posting monthly climate stats, and as you can see for July the average daily probability of measurable rain is 55%. But as someone said, you are very rarely going to get all day rain at this time of year, and if you do it will likely be because of a tropical system. Rainfall is typically focused for a couple of hours sometime during the late afternoon and evening hours - but is also usually associated with thunderstorms which means some rides (and all pools) will shut down and you should be indoors.

As an aside I publish a weekly Substack newsletter about central Florida weather, here's a link to this week's that I sent out yesterday. You can do a paid monthly subscription when you have a trip and get more frequent updates - particularly when there are tropical events - as well as be able to ask me weather planning questions via email/text. I try to post on here when I see questions too (links to my WDW weather stuff in the sig line below).
