We have been the last 2 years in that time frame. It was hot, but not humid. We find it generally pleasant for touring the parks. I didn't notice people just pouring in sweat or being super stinky. The weather can cool off nicely in the evening and we will occasionally bring a light blanket for the kids in the stroller. We tent camp at Fort Wilderness when we go so we are outside literally ALL the time. We love it though because the pools are refreshing, as are the water rides. We have never been rained on while in the parks, but the couple showers we have had at the campground have blown over fairly quickly.
I will tell you to pay attention to when Passover is. It is typically around the last couple weekends in April and many of the Northeastern schools get out then for a late spring break.
