What fun we had at WDW! We stayed in a 1 bedroom at Boardwalk Villas - loved the room, resort, pool, and the location!
We had park hopper tickets and hopped parks every day. We ended up most evenings at Epcot so we could walk "home" to Boardwalk. Even at the end of the day DS (7) and DD (10) wanted to bypass the boat and walk to the resort.
Our most favorite ride was the Toy Story ride at HS. It was so cool. It was in its "soft opening" phase so it stopped frequently - we had extra time to practice our shooting skills at the "plate arcade". It was a lot a fun and very satisfying to see the "plates shatter" and hear the chinking of the "plates" as they "fell away". Disney did a great job on this - all ages will enjoy!
The crowds were really light the first 4 days. We rarely used fastpass, mostly walked on, or had no more than 15 -20 min waits. Last day, the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend the crowds really grew at MK and Epcot. The coasters and more popular rides had 60 minute waits.
It was a great trip and lots of memories for DS and DD!
