Yes, BLT, VGC, Animal Kingdom Lodge and I think VGF all have Murphy style coach/beds. I am currently sitting on one at BLT. Other DVC resorts may have them as well.

These are all the ones that fold down under the tv, right? Are they full size twin beds or are they smaller? It seems that I have read they they are shorter sometimes?

In VGC they had ones that folded done from the TV. I am in BLT and the beds are sofa/seat beds.

One is a single, the other is a double

The Murphy/couch bed they're putting in at RIV and now at SSR is different from the Murphy bed under the TV. It's a larger one (I believe queen-sized) that folds out from the wall over the couch. I like the under TV Murphy beds they have in the 1BRs at VGC and VGF, but they're much smaller. In the 1BRs at RIV and SSR, they'll have both the under TV single Murphy bed and queen Murphy bed.

Sorry, I wasn't very clear. I didn't mean the smaller size that folds down below the TV. I am interested in the queen size that folds from the wall and over the couch like in the Riviera models and rooms and soon to be SSR. Actually, outside of the DVC resorts the POP and the Movies has a queen Murphy bed that is very comfortable and I assume the Riviera model will be just as comfortable (if not the same maker??). These are much more comfortable than the pull out sofa beds IMO.
