I'm very sad, but we started talking about it. We really just need to concentrate on getting our house ducks in a row right now.... as much as we both REALLY REALLY REALLY want to go to Disney. We really do need a vacation though, so we are talking with another about going up to TN for a week. For a week it's only 875 for a cabing for the 4 of us, split 2 ways aint soo shabby.

well, life comes at ya fast. You gotta do what you gotta do. Better to take care of the things that need to be done instead of go to disney. As much as that sucks. But Disney will be there waiting for y'all when you do decide to go.

Would y'all shun me if we couldn't do to Disney in September?





We got an estimate on how much our required porch is going to cost.... 700$ just for the wood for it. We're hoping his dad can get us a better deal. But that still leaves the awnng and it has to be done by August.... and we don't have anyone with the "hook-ups" for that.

It would be sad if y'all couldn't go but I'm sure everyone will understand. I hope you can get the porch built for cheaper. I'm guessing this is a requirement by the community? Another friend of ours went through that not long ago. None of those supplies are very cheap right now because of the economy being terrible and the gas prices being so high. Let us know what happens.

Wow...I missed alot while I was at the seminar today. Okay, so basically, it sucks that you can't go. BUT I agree with everyone else in that Disney will always be there, and there are important things in life that can't wait. My cousin and her family couldn't go with us because of the very same reasons.

If you go to TN, that would be lots of fun for you. And we'd expect a full report! I've never been to TN.

Hopefully it will be better today. We are having a hot dog lunch at work today, to benefit the American Cancer Society, and I am on the team.

Lucky me. Don't get me wrong, it's a GREAT cause, that I believe in...but I will walk around all day today smelling like a chili dog.

At least it's Wednesday, so we are on the downhill side of the week now.

I'm so tired today of my job. The accounts payable lady just came in my office fussin cause I wasn't giving her messages about AP calls. I straight up told her I don't waste my time writing them down anymore since she doesn't even look at them when I hand them too her she just throws them away. She says I do what I want to do with them, but we've been having complaints this week? I said "this week. Try I get them all the time because you won't call people back. I've been gone a bit this week, so you've actually had to answer the phone yourself and actually had to take your own calls."

Wow, what a witch with a capital "B"!! If she returned her phone calls then maybe she wouldn't have so many complaints. I hate how things get passed down to the person that answers the phone! Sometimes I get sales people that call and are the rudest ever!! I can only imagine how tough it is to take calls from people that want to talk to AP!! They're already ticked. Maybe she should have a line that goes straight to her and then you wouldn't have to deal with it anymore. If only that would happen, huh?

The first time they call, they aren't even upset in the least, but when she's "at the bank" or "at the post office" all day, I understand how it gets old fast. She never takes any phone calls, but yet she's on our AR guy all the time to call people to get this and that invoice taken care of. I hate sales calls asking for the "president of the company or owner or their wives". Plus I get about 10 calls a day asking where someone's vending machine or something is... We are NOT CocaCola you guys haha.
