At our daughters baptism sunday we raised $400 for GKTW. We are donating a percent of all the gifts that she got on sunday. We also composed a letter explaining what GKTW is and why we felt so strongly about donating. Our son who recently had surgery for a tumor in his leg( all is ok it is not cancer) gave them out to everyone during the party. We asked people to donate on there own or to us on that day. All told we will be donating $421 and I am hoping that alot of our guests will donate on there own with the information we provided them. For the favors I made chocolate lollypops with a tag on them explaning that we were making a donation to GKTW. Our son who is four, was very excited to add his own $5.

Congratulations on your daughter's baptism, your son's recovery, and your generous donation to GKTW. Hearing that your son gave his own $5 put a huge smile on my face.
