we lost our digital camera @ MNSSHP on 10/25

DH has no idea how we lost it but our expensive digital camera had a bunch of pictures of our DD4 at Crystal Palace w/ Pooh & friends in her Jasmine costume & some other pics we took. We called everyday to Lost & Found during our trip but they didn't find out. I would hate to think that someone found our camera and kept it w/ all of our pictures on it. Even though we just got back yesterday, I'm gonna keep calling just in case. Wish me luck!!!

I'm sorry to hear that. I know how you feel. I lost my camera at Disney about 5 years ago. It was horrible. Since then, I keep one of my return address labels on my camera. In case an honest person should find it, it will be easier to track me down, especially through guest services.

That really stinks, if someone did take it, that's evil! I always wounder if people who take lost cameras realize they are stealing more than just a camera, they are stealing wonderful memories. I really hope you get it back.

You good luck and hope you get the camera back.Sorry you lost it and the pictures,I did the same thing several years ago.It was not a digital camera but a 35mm.It was turned in at MK and we got it back and I hope your camera is returned.

OMG, I hope someone turns it in for you.

We put our name on our stuff like that. I tell ya what, it is not the people who find it I worry about as much as who it is turned in to at lost and found. Sometimes I wonder if they keep the stuff, but I am sure it goes both ways.

We found a wallet one time on the River raft ride once in the AK and yelled who lost a wallet, and made them describe it first. Sure enough it was theirs. He knew how much cash, name and address on ID.

I hope you find it! To think I was upset over missing a roll of film and missing unopened drinks from our stroller at MNSSHP. I am wishing you loads of Pixie Dust.

We lost our camera case somewhere at the AKL last year. No camera, but did have a memory card in it that included lots of photos of our kids (important ones like birth, 1st bday, 1st xmas). I had not printed many of them or transferred them to disk/computer.

(Can you say -house?)

We contacted L&F at the resort before we left. A few days after we got home it showed up on our doorstep. We were floored and very thankful to whoever turned it in and to Disney for sending it home to us. Needless to say, I have become much more diligent at copying my pictures asap.

It is an expensive camera & dont' think its a very common model and we just happened to see a family a AK w/ the same exact one while we were in line for autographs w/ Lilo & Stitch. They didn't have a case but neither did we but I didn't have the guts to ask where they got their camera from. The whole rest of the day at the park DH kept wondering if they found it and kept it.
