We just got our Christmas Tree !

We just got our Christmas Tree ! We're decorating it tomorrow, I can't wait ! I love Christmas !

we got ours the Sunday before Thankgiving..it's been up and decorated for almost 2 weeks now

and it's a disney tree! all disney ornaments and the monorail around it!

Me and 3 guys in my fraternity here were in charge of getting the tree this year. We ran out of money in our budget for decorations, so we had to be creative...

There's this big open park about a mile away on campus, and there's these HUGE, beautiful Christmas trees right in the middle of it. So, the other night we waited until about 2am and we took this guy Neil's giant truck out to the field. We were all dressed in black and had walkie talkies and stuff, it was hilarious.

I got dropped off by this shed to be the lookout, and 2 more guys went to the tree to saw it off. Neil kept driving around in his truck until we called him on the walkie talkies to speed over and pick us up.

We finally knocked over this GIANT tree and rushed it over to the truck and loaded it up and I got squashed in the back of the bed by the tree, but it was worth it. We got it back to the house just fine without any trouble, thank goodness... Then we had to go to the store to get a bigger tree stand cuz the trunk was so wide!

It's 7 inches wide at the bottom of the trunk, and about 12 feet tall. Best... tree... EVER! Anyway, so that was kinda a fun story, and a great night for me cuz afterward a bunch of us stayed up and listened to Christmas music and hung out til like 6am.
