We haven't got our GAD vouchers yet

Maybe I am impatient but...... We completed our activity March 6th. We have not received our GAD vouchers yet. Does anybody know how long this usually takes. We are leaving for Disneyland April 2. Is there someway I can check the status on them? I'm nervous we won't get them in time.

Ours took 4 days, but I think it may depend on how quickly the organization notifies Disney of your service. The website says it can take up to 14 days. If you check your account on the Disney website it should give you a status. I believe ours said "pending" or something to that effect while we were waiting for them.

Thank you, that was a big help I checked out our status on the website and it said vouchers are ready to be redeemed. Great! But, funny how I never received an email telling me they are ready. Regardless I'm happy.

I never got an email either. I waited the 2 weeks they say it can take, then called the organization we volunteered with. She gave me a number to call Disney, so I did and found out that I could just log in to my account on the GAD site and print them off right then. We now have them in hand.

This happened to me too. We had to sign up 2 different groups since it only allowed 3 last names per group. The only reason I checked the status of mine is because the other group got notification that theirs were ready to print. I never got an email after we completed the volunteer project.

Thanks to this thread I found out that our vouchers were ready for us as well!!!

edited to add: I just looked again & we DID get the email about the vouchers but it was from "Disney Destinations" rather than the "do-not-reply" email address that the majority of the GAD emails came from, which was what I was looking for. But again, thanks to everyone in this thread for giving me the heads up to look up my acct & print them from there!!

as mentioned it is dependant on the organization you volunteered for, how quickly they get the names over to Disney. We did our service on March 4th, received the email for the tickets on March 10th and using them tomorrow..
