We Have Returned

I know a few schools are starting classes this week and next so maybe that accounts for the smaller than usual crowds. I don't plan any family trip right before school starts because we are busy getting school clothes, supplies, etc.
Have a great time!! We loved WOC. My kids are still talking about it and we went in mid-June

Are you talking email or on site survey? Did an entrance survey this am going into DCA and all it was about was where I live, how often I visit, how many days I visit, was I staying at one of the resort hotels.

Oh, one question: When you say, "F tickets" were there at arrival, are you referring to tickets for Fantasmic! dessert package viewing? If so, very nice... saves you a "pick-up."

Have a great visit! I can't wait to hear all about it. I plan to book the F dessert package as well. Unfortuantely WOC is not for me as I can't stand for long periods of time (back injury) so will have to enjoy F and be happy with that.

Do you plan to watch the fireworks from your F seats?

Hope you have fun! We went on the bridge for WOC and it was thin enough that we were able to sit down while waiting. Did you enjoy WOC? We loved it!

Both daughters got ill yesterday evening so we did not make it to AG or WOC, they are better this AM, headed to MM in abit and the day goes from there. The one daughter who has arthritis foot has also been bothering her... She walks all over the U of W campus but down here it wants to flair up. More later.

Our kids started school Monday the 16th..glad the crowds are a bit down, Jack and have fun! Looking forward to your posts...

Major bummer; I know you were all looking forward to that! Glad to hear that everyone is feeling better this morning. Maybe you can take advantage of staying at GCH and get WoC fastpasses for one of your remaining nights.

Back for a break, had to take Alexandra over to emegent care to get two stitches in her ankle, another stroller nazi got her. She is the one with the RA. Security removed the family from the park and they will be getting an $1100 bill for just being agressive and really stupid. This happened to me in 2005, deja Vu????
Warmer today(90 at 1330) than yesterday and the crowds remained low until 1100 and then they started cranking up but still not as bad as last year.
We are going to try the BBQ tonight and see how that is. C.O. was excellent for lunch. Very snappy service and the food was excellent. The lead stopped by 3 times to see if we were doing OK. Everywhere we have gone the service to seem to have gone up a few notches.

Its things like this that I am afraid of when I will be taking 20+ Girl Scouts in late October!
