sorry for the question.
I have booked but I have only the UK reservation number and my account can't add my reservation. How do I get the US reservation number?

It's just the 6 digit reservation number which you get direct from Disney, it could take a few days to work though, it's doesn't always link to MDE immediately!

If you've booked through a travel agent you'll have to ask them for the 6 digit number.
