Thank you, amyamya! Yes, poor Bret looked much different back then in 1986, when he had all his own real hair and real teeth. He has been in a couple of motorcycle/car accidents since then and just recently had a stage set piece fall on his head at the Tony Awards, breaking his nose and knocking him out cold.

So with all of these 'changes' to his face, he is beginning to look like a different guy from the one I went with to DLR, who was jumping out of the vehicles inside the Mr. Toad and Pinocchio rides and stopping his car on the Autopia tracks so we all would crash into him.
That's right, Emmers! DSE (Disney Snowball Effect) Anonymous (aka DISboards!) is where we support and
feed the addiction, not help you beat it!
Right back at ya, Courtney! I think you are awesome, too! You and Kerri and Jasmine are my 3 DIS sisters!
Thanks, Jazz...and you know I am a big fan of your pictures - especially the 'sign' pictures!! A girl after my own heart!
Thank you, Budgie! I was causing mischief while you were away.

I will be glad to continue to assist in your snowball-rolling endeavors (I guess you could say that becoming a Mod here on DIS is an extension of the DSE) - I think you created a monster with that phrase, Disney Snowball Effect. It is one of those things that is bound to become part of everyday language, like 'E-Ticket Ride.' Chatting with you and your sister has been a lot of fun for me on DIS. You two are always entertaining, and you created two of the best threads on the DIS - the Snowball thread and the Bathroom Sign thread!
Thank you, Pycees312! You are our DIS celebrity (since you were on the Travel Channel special about the DVC)! I will continue to refer people to your great Concierge photos from all 3 DLR hotels.
You rock, too, Kerri! One of these days, you, Courtney, Jasmine and I will somehow all manage to be at DLR at the same time - even just for an hour or two. And you were right when you said we would probably cause trouble. Once I start giggling, I can't be stopped, so keep me away from the Cove Bar!!
Thanks! Jasmine, you are one of my first DIS friends here, and as you know, I am a big fan of you as a person and your amazing, awe-inspiring photos and your zany family! Long live the bungFACE!
(See Jasmine's Trip Report if you don't know what that means!) Not only do I have to eventually meet YOU and Eric, but one day, hopefully I can meet Kaycee and theAxiom as well.
Thank you so much!

That is very nice of you to say. I always love your posts and your signature pictures are consistently great (loved the one with Santa at the GCH and with your daughter and Goofy!).
Thank you! Have you been secretly following my Trip Report and not speaking up? If you saw all the '70s/'80s/'90s pictures, I guess you have! Well, I confess to silently following your photo report too and being baffled and frustrated as to what movie the 'gestures' are referring to!! It's funny, my first thought, for some reason, was "Clerks," but that was not "obscure" enough so that can't be it. Anyway, you and your friends (in your pictures) remind me so much of what my friends and I were like back in the day (circa '80s and '90s) - always having a blast making goofy faces and odd poses and doing weird things around DLR

So much fun! Plus, you like Goofy's Kitchen, Taste Pilots Grill and ESPN Zone - you you are obviously a man of great taste!
Thank you for posting!

I am sure I will continue to say more, so feel free to jump on into the fun and out of lurkdom!
Thank YOU so much, BraMax! You are right - I didn't know I was a huge help, but I am glad I was! I just blab, and if someone gets something useful from it, then that's great!!

I hope you have a good time at Goofy's - but even if you don't, make sure to tell us all about it - the good, the bad and the ugly. Are you going to be staying at the DLH? All this recent talk about the Disneyland Hotel makes me want to stay there again because it has been a while for me. I do hope you will do a Trip Report for us when you come back.
Nancy - another one of my first DIS-friends, and now a fellow member of the DIS team (though we are in different sections of the Team)! I will continue to refer everyone to you for any Napa Rose questions, as you are the goddess of Napa Rose wisdom!
I don't think I will make it down to DLR this weekend. Work is calling me, unfortunately (and yet
fortunately at the same time). But I will definitely do Lilo and Stitch with you in the future. I know if Courtney and Kerri have any say, they will probably come and kidnap me at some point down the road and make sure I show up at something in DLR
or else - and I wouldn't be surprised if I saw you behind the wheel of the getaway car, Nancy!!
And to everyone else who has posted here, thank you so much for the welcome and the kind words. I must say I am very flattered and touched by the warm sentiments and I appreciate it immensely. I look forward to lots of exciting conversations and information about all facets of DLR!
