Plenty of kids puke for reasons other than illness. At WDW many kids are allowed to eat way more than they should (especially junk food) because they're on vacation. That and a couple of rides is a recipe for vomit. The CMs are probably nonchalant about it because they must see it all the time.Lives4Disney said:Wow - first of all, I didn't swear. I was extremely quiet about the whole thing. I have 3 kids and KNOW how they can get sick and surprise ya and I certainly do not like to be embarrassed and would not care to embarrass somebody else....the thing is, I QUIETLY and DISCRETELY asked the CMs to move and was given the runaround. I actually ddidn't even want to stay and eat. The smell was repulsing me. I didn't even say a word to the jolly guy that wanted us to start their fireworks. We have seen them many times so it's no chance of a lifetime. I would rather have healthy kids. Our main meal hadn't even come out, I wanted to get away. Couldn't because they didn't clean it up so well and it was right in the walkway. Sorry you all don't mind vomit, but I do. I guess I am really surprised. I have 3 kids and they have NEVER once thrown up due to anything but illness. Don't even like to clean up my own kids' vomit, and another kid's puke is alltogether too much while I am going to have dinner on my 2nd night at WDW on my 40th bday trip with big, expensive plans to come that could be way ruined by one of us getting ill. We have had too many vacations ruined by illness going thru our family.
I think it's so funny that there are so many threads about who's wearing what in a concierge lounge that is bothering people (swimsuits, flipflops, bare feet, pjs...etc) yet VOMIT doesn't bother anybody!! Too funny. I don't care what anybody wears or looks like, but vomit or poop etc while dining is not my thing. I guess I am pretty much alone in the vomit issue, but I think it's gross.
Happy travels,

Nobody blames you for wanting to move--I certainly would have asked to move, too. I don't want to eat next to smelly puke. It is gross. But you're overreacting to the whole thing, even now. Let it go.
