When we did MVMCP, we met up with Dan Murphy.
It was almost funny.... I had called him while walking down Main St. to find a place to meet up. We had barely made the connection when my daughter Jeana tells me, "Mom! He's right THERE!!" I look to my right and honest to goodness, he is virtually standing next to me! He was walking UP Main St. while he were walking down.....Dan even commented that he thought his cell phone had an echo or something...he could hear me in stereo!
Poohbear123 (Faith) called Dan so while Dan waited for Faith, we all headed over to Tomorrowland.
There were MANY highlights to that evening...like getting soaked on Splash Mountain (it took days for DH's fleece shirt to dry - DS bought him a Pirates hoodie as an early Christmas gift
), my girls referring to Faith as the "lady who can scream" or the "lady who likes ramps"
, Dan's efforts to teach my older DD how a thermostat works (while we were there, I discovered that before we left the cabin, she had lowered the thermostat down to 45º in her attempt to have the temp drop quicker
) - after his many attempts, Dan told Jeana that she was "officially a woman now, she can no longer figure out a thermostat". Here are some photos for you to enjoy...........
NEVER let it be said that Dan does not know how to have a good time!
Neat shot from Splash Mountain! My DD Jessica is sitting next to Faith - you can't miss her - she has a name tag in case she wanders of - and Dan is in the back all by himself.
After the kids wanted to go on Space Mountain, Faith and I realized that we lost the men!
Where else would they be but having a bite to eat at the Lunching Pad in Tomorrowland!
Dan is really into this conversation!
I could be wrong, but I don't think Faith was paying attention.
Oh yeah, we did take the time to catch the parade in between all the partying!
Dan found the perfect spot....great veiwing and right in front of the hot chocolate and cookies.
I have more pictures, but since I have never been successful in putting up larger photo threads, I'm going to stop here before I lose everything!
