We were in Tokelau room 3912. If you looked left from the balcony, you could see the quiet pool. If you looked right from the balcony, you could see the beach and the Grand Floridian. If you looked sort of between some trees, you could see the castle. It was close to the TTC, not too far from the GCH and VERY close to the quiet pool. For a mere "garden view" it was fantastic!!!

I love the garden views at the Poly and have had the opportunity to enjoy the view from Tokelau. The Poly is such a special place.

I agree, the Poly is stunning and we thought that Tokelau was just Perfect!! We'll be requesting it again next trip!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Garden View rooms at the Polynesian. I think I like them better than the water views!

We stayed in 3914 and we had a wonderful view. At night we could see the castle and the fireworks (if we looked sideways). I think in that building's garden views are the best.

You folks have really psyched me up. We are staying at the Poly starting 12/9, and I have had my reservations. I have put my requests in, and can only cross my fingers.....I can't wait! (And to top it off, JetBlue dropped their fare, so we got about $100 back from them).

Thanks for posting the picture T!

Peace,

Morley

Glad to hear you enjoyed your 'view'! I haven't had a bad garden view at the Polynesian so far. :thumbsup2

We are going in Feb for Land/Sea....had to wait list to get a room at Poly....just came thru.
But, according to the TA it is a Standard Garden view.
How do I request a specific building?

We are currently on wait list for concierge....How are the non-balcony rooms?
Am I correct in thinking the Concierge is only the Hawaii building? And do they serve a continental breakfast there?

I really want a balcony....a place to sit quietly after the kids are asleep and sit coffee before they wake....a view would be nice but would pass a view out a window for a chair outside.

Thanks

Yes, Hawaii is concierge only.
