Just thought I'd let y'all (just returned from Nashville this morning, had to throw that in!) know that we got past the ROFR for our BCV purchase!! Since I know someone will ask, here are the details:
Owner was selling for $88 per point, we offered a more reasonable $72, which he accepted right away. There is a September UY with 148 points left from 2003, all other points are intact. We are very excited!! Oh, and this was through a TUG ad, just in case y'all wondered!
