I've read that you get it at the hotel, definitely. But call your travel company just to make sure!

Don't worry. We just got ours too and I called earlier this morning and they said we will get it at check in. Yeah, just a couple more days!

I also called and they said that it is a DLR incentive and that the hotel directly gives them to the guests.
