Amazing!
Last year I called every morning at 6am Chicago time (5:58 really and then redial, redial, redial!) for the six mornings in a row 60 days out from our trip to try for Cinderella's breakfast for our DD5.
One day, I had nine other family and friends calling. People at work couldn't believe it was that hard and they got caught up in the fun and called for me.
All to no avail!
I called today (sunday morning) after setting my alarm.
My hopes were low, specially on a sunday morning.
The phone line went through on the first try which I took as a bad omen since I wasn't calling early enough. Then I listened to two Disney songs on hold. It was 6:07am when the lady picked up.
I said, "Cindy for three at 9:30!" (Hints from this board, just cut her off and yell it out!)
I was very surprised when she asked me, "what date are you looking for?" I thought they knew that when someone says they would like a PS for Cindy's, it would be 60 days out.
So I said, "Uhhhh, sixty days from now please."
She said she had one table left. I was stunned!
She asked me, "Would you like this seating, sir?"
"YES!"
So now we have it booked! We are very excited. I can't believe I got through on the first day, on the first call!
The only problem is that we had already booked the Princess Storybook breakfast at Epcot 120 days out for the same day.
We did that figuring we'd never get Cindys. We were looking forward to it but I guess we just have to go with Cindys, no real choice there.
I may try to rebook the Storybook for another day if it's available (I doubt it is though).
So keep trying everyone! My DD6 is very excited now. So are my DW and I!
