We got Chef's table

My DH and I are so excited..we called this weekend to book September 24th for the chefs table but it was already booked but we got it for the next night..I don't know if its worth the price or not but we've heard so many great things about it..We are excited...had to share with you all...

The Chef's table is at the Albert and Victoria's restaurant at the GF resort..From what I have read, you are sitting in the kitchen where the chef creates a personalized meal for you..can be up to 12 courses..we are also going to do the wine pairing (which is extra) but apparently you get a different selection of wine for each course..I can't wait..

A little correction for you though, it is not a perosnalized menu for you as much as a sampling of everything they are offer on that night's menu.

I am sure you'll enjoy it though.

I have a table booked at victoria and alberts for june, not the chefs table but in the main dining room. I really cant wait, will be so good to get really dressed up for the evening and for a meal like that for aprox £110 each all in i thinks a bargain! have a lovely time and well done!

I have worked in a few VERY upscale restaurants and dinig at the chef's table is quite a splurge.You will pay for the personal meno/wine pairring and special service but IMHO this is a once in a lifetime opportunity and is worth every penny. Enjoy and savor every minute and detail of your dining experience.

That's wonderful!!! September 25th is actually my first anniversary We went last year while on our honeymoon and LOVED it. One of the most memorable evenings we've had together....have a great time!!!!
