We go shop ?, need help w/this one

not sure what board to post, i'm hoping someone can help or give me some tips. So it's not a huge issue, but enough to kinda be a pain in butt. we want to order groceries from wegoshop. We're not getting in until after 10am, won't get to resort until probably noonish, then leave for park right away cause room probably won't be ready. parents won't be arriving until late that night, almost 8pm, then won't get to resort until after 9pm. We don't need food the 2nd day, but will need it before the 3rd day. we go shop delivers 930a-830pm. we have a bkfst res. scheduled for am on day 2. should I just see if they can come early on day 2 & have my parents stay to accept the delivery (they don't have dining res)? altho i hate to do that? I don't really know any other option. It's not like I can say, oh well i'm not sure if we can check in and I won't know our room number on day 1 ya know? how do other people do this?

From what I read, they will deliver them to your resort's Bell Services who will hold them until you pick them up. And they DO have the ability to refrigerate the cold items.

You don't need to be in the room. They deliver to bell services and bell services will hold them until you want them.

We did We Go Shop a few years ago and we had to be in the room to receive delivery, (this must have changed???) we have been doing Garden Grocer for the past 4 or 5 trips and they deliver to Bell Services. Which is so nice to call and get groceries delivered at your convenience! I didn't know if things have changed at We Go Shop? You might want to call just to be sure. Have a great trip!

I just called. I guess I should've ordered a few weeks ago but she said I still can and she said that as long as there's no alcohol or tobacco products they can deliver to bell svcs.
