We finally did it!

I just got back from the Fed Ex office dropping off our paperwork for SSR!!! I guess we are not technically official until the deed is filed but that won't be until next April!! I feel like a member already!

I have really enjoyed reading everyone's posts over the last few weeks. It helped me decide that this is really what we should do since we have averaged at least one trip a year to WDW since 1997.

I can't wait until our first trip home!!

Congrats to you as well!! Welcome Home!! Have you decided when your first trip will be? I have to wait until Nov. 2004!! What agony!!!!!!!

The irony of this is that we are a military family (hopefully heading to Hawaii). So our first visit is dependant on orders. However, IF time permits, we will try for the opening. Worst case though, we bank the points and take a bigger vacation the following year.

When we signed, we understood that vacations would be every other year, so... we plan on BIG vacations the first few years... But the axiety builds.

We were hooked after staying at the BW Inn, and the allure of better future Disney vacations to come was overwhelming.

Worst case, we use some points while in HI.
