How about white corn off the cob with tomatoes. I saw this on the cooking channel, melt butter in the pan, add the corn and then add the tomatoes with salt and pepper. It was so good!
I am an Iowa girl, so I love my corn! I have some in the fridge waiting to be shucked as we speak. That sounds good for dinner tonight, actually. Hm. 9 in the morning and I am already thinking about dinner.
