ROFR means "Right of First Refusal". Disney is given first chance to buy each re-sale at the same price, etc..There is no rhyme or reason to what they buy or what they pass on. For quite awhile, Disney was not exercising their right to buy the re-sale contracts but have recently started to buy quite a few that we were all sure would pass the ROFR. So, just because you put a contract in on a re-sale, it's not yours until Disney passes on it!
