We did it!!

Thank you to everyone who has helped us with all of our questions during the decision making process. We bought 300 points at Boardwalk from Disney- YIPPEE! We've made a deposit and our paperwork, member book, and bags came today!!! I am so excited. We called Quality assurance tonight - DH's name was spelled wrong - they're going to resend the documents. We tried to call member services - but alas we called at 5:45 and they had closed at 5:30 So, no PIN for today - you can bet I will be one of the first to call at 1:00 tomorrow. Then I will be online - checking out the site and making our reservations for our first trip home!!!!!

No problem asking about prices. Points at BWV are $95 through Disney. Can't remember what DH said closing costs are - will get back to you on that. We looked at when we usually travel right now (March) and what size villa we would want (2 bedroom) and figured what we'd need in points. Other than that - it was a bit of a guess reading here and seeing what others have.

I paid 95pp on a 250BWV point package. No closing costs from Disney except for the recording fees, etc. I was on the waiting list for less than a day. I told them to call me with with anything from 150 to 200 and ended up with 250. I was a non member at the time and was able to book ressies the same day.
