Wow! Thank you everyone for the warm welcome! The Boardwalk has always been our favorite location. I can't explain it, just walking down the Boardwalk in the mornings, listening to the music, feeling so happy that we're there ... We love Flying Fish, Spoodles, Boardwalk Bakery and stopping at Big River for an afternoon snack on our way either to/from Epcot or MGM. We've stayed at The Swan Dolphin for so many years, great rate w/ my husband's Gov't discount, but now our family has outgrown the standard hotel room and, mostly, wanting to be a part of the DVC family.

We're already planning our first vacation in May and, again, in October!
