Wow....Crazy that you have to go to the states for stuff we just take for granted here. We are really spoiled, aren't we?

Cool clothes. Love them all, especially the $10 jacket.

Kohl's is getting so lame. I haven't been in there in months. Didn't even use my last 30% off coupon.

Lovely room. What a deal.

Jasmine's BF is a little cutie.

We are very lucky that we're only 2 hours away from Grand Forks so even a day trip is more than do-able!

My BFF and I are going down for a day or 2 in July when I have another week of holidays and I'll try Kohl's again, but even Jasmine was disappointed. She usually spends at least $100 there. I love looking thru their housewares but I have saved that for my next trip!

He is a great kid and he treats her well...what more can a parent ask? Hope you're having a great weekend!

Time for another update on our plans for August! Saturday August 27 is a very special day on this trip...it's Mini Montana's 7th birthday I am still in denial that the baby of the family is going to be 7 but I'll be ok...I think In celebration of this special day, we let her pick the plans for the entire day and evening! As per usual we will begin our day with breakfast in the room before heading to DHS....yup, this is her park of choice! She loves her thrill rides and if you remember from our 2009 TR she was just that much too little to ride RnRC.....

Well not anymore....more than tall enough! On this day though, instead of Geodoc running to get us all TSM FP's while we all ride ToT and RnRC, we'll all head to grab FP's at Star Tours and then ride standby before using our FP's! After our fill of ST's we'll probably stop and see if we can ride TSM...we'll see how long the line is before deciding! Then we'll head over to ride ToT and RnRC! I hope MM still likes RnRC after her first experience earlier in the week, but if she doesn't we'll just take turns riding while someone waits with her...I have a sneaking suspitition though that it won't be a problem...she's a bit of a ride junkie

After a very full morning of rides...we will head to the boat dock.....

....and where is our destination? BEACHES AND CREAM!! This is MM's choice for lunch on her birthday so that's where we're going!

Peg, Geodoc, Jas and I all had lunch here in September when we were there, but the girls have never been and MM is dying to get the Kitchen Sink!

This restaurant reminds me of being a kid......we loved it there and the food was really good too!!

We will all be trying the KS except for Peg and Jas...they shared the No Way Jose when we were there last trip and it's all they can talk about! I guess the rest of us will have to attempt the kitchen sink!

After lunch we will head back to the resort...for a much needed rest after a full morning and a lunch of ice cream! We really don't have plans for the rest of the day but we may head to the MK in the evening to see MSEP and Wishes....I can't imagine a better way for MM to end her birthday celebrations that a fireworks display I think everyone will be up for it if we all have a bit of a rest in the afternoon.

I have some other very exciting news!! I booked the Wishes Dessert Party!! We will be going at the beginning of the week thanks to my friend Tanz who sent me a PM to tell me the August dates were now available. Peg and her family have been to the Party, but Jas and I haven't so we're super excited!

Peg and I thought we could have CS at the park earlier in the evening and maybe split meals so that at least we have something in our stomachs besides pure sugar Should be a great evening!!!

We really enjoyed it when we went and I can't wait to go again. We had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated but we enjoyed hanging around outside just taking in the Beach Club!

That is the main reason I want to try the dessert party....I want to see how the fireworks look from there without having to stand for an hour and stake out a spot! I'll give you all the details when we get home! MM is much braver than Jasmine was at that age....she didn't feel totally comfy with everything until she was 10.

Now I very well could have...I am getting older and more senile as everyday passes I know I posted about the day we're celebrating Snow White's birthday, but again, you could be right

Ice cream is probably my favorite dessert! I still prefer Ghiradelli's over B & C...but hey, who am I to argue?

Jasmine is excited to have as many choc covered strawberries as she wants! I am a bit of a creme brulee lover....so we'll see how it goes

I can't believe how quickly time is passing! I think alot of it has to do with the weather being so awful lately that it's hard to believe it's already June!

I love when I see my nieces..they love to talk Disney...they'll usually say "do you want to talk about Disney" I just love it!!! My BIL has to work on Saturday night and my sis has a girl's night planned, Jasmine works until 10pm so I volunteered to go watch the girls! We'll get to talk Disney all night

My mother and I used to be so close, but then I moved off to college and ended up getting married a year after she got remarried... but of course not after we took a road trip to San Dusky, OH to ride the thrills at Cedar Point!
