We currently have these reservations planned, what am I missing?

I would switch Sci Fi for 50’s PTC. We found the food so much better there and the waiters and waitresses can be hilarious with their table manners schtick.
Switch made on the master planning sheet. We have never eaten at 50's PTC but have heard wonderful things. Thank you!

Liquid lunch it is! The tequila selection there is too great to pass up. We will plan to get lots of snacks throughout World Showcase as we make our way through the park. Thank you!
They do have chips, guac, salsa, and I think queso you can order. Go to the entrance to the bar and put your name on the wait-list. You might have to wait a bit to get a table depending on time/how busy the park is. La Cava is an absolute must-do for us every time. I love the avocado margarita.

lol ...well you might opt for a avocado Marg. Thats practically a meal in a glass!

Citricos is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, so you will need to change that one to another day.

Personally, if I am going to do two table service restaurants in a day, I will do breakfast and dinner. Table service lunch and dinner is just too much food for me.

Enjoy your trip. I hope you have some delicious meals!

Awesome! Have a great trip. This is our first time for Thanksgiving so we are prepared for it to be super busy. Are you going to pre plan your Fast Passes (or whatever they are being called these days) the week before going?
I am going to try. We have never been this time of year either, and I am overwhelmed trying to plan this trip for some reason. We have been plenty of times, so it's not like I don't know what to do, I just can't think of anywhere to eat lol.

I would try to avoid eating a lot the day you do Victoria and Albert’s it’s a lot of food and you don’t want to show up not hungry.

I would never do two signatures in the same day, certainly not with a group of 8. When we went to Hollywood Brown Derby with just 4 of us we were there for over two hours. I would swap that for a QS at HS, like Docking Bay 7 in Galaxy's Edge. I would also swap Chef Mickey for Tusker House on your AK day, basically the same characters but better food. (Although if I'm being real I would pick Satuli Canteen or Tiffins over TH or RC). If you're staying at WL, why not add Storybook Dining at Artist Point one night? I could see Whispering Canyon also being fun for a large group. Maybe it's just me, but if I'm staying at a Deluxe, I like to take advantage of the proximity and book at least one meal onsite, and I would certainly prefer that over navigating Disney Springs with a large group in peak holiday crowds.

You are looking at 5-6 hours each day doing nothing but eating with 3 table services each day. That doesnt account for wating for your table or getting to the restaurant. That is a lot of your day just for food. If thats your thing, then your on target.

I agree with the recommendation to not have a big meal before Victoria & Albert’s. It’s a huge meal. A lot of food even though smaller portions. The serve 3 different breads as well as all the other courses. I would suggest going hungry
