Felling better in your clothes is a good thing in my book. My scale is playing with me but as long as my clothes aren't getting tight I''ll take it.

Hi All!

Quickly checking in to say hi! I was in Atlantic City for 2 days so I went off a little...I wasn't as good as I should've been but not as bad as I would've been if that makes sense.

We are also going away for the weekend which will be pretty much the same...just making some smarter choices.

Just checking in. Tomorrow & Sunday I am working 12 hour shifts & may not get a chance to check in. Monday - Friday we will be on vacation in Williamsburg & then I'll work 12 hour shifts that following weekend.

Hoping I can stick to my diet while away. Normally we run, run, run while on vacation so hopefully they will help fight off the pounds while we eat out every day. :)

Hello everyone. I think I did pretty go this past no gaining only lost 1 lb.

Today I wore a fitted shirt that was pretty snug but not today. So this dieting is paying off. :cool1:

Hi All, We have been back from our mini vacation since Mon and started back on track yesterday. It is sooooo hard to stick with dieting when away. We are going to WW on Sat so I will get weighed in then.

I am going to get on the treadmill first thing tomorrow am.

I weighted myself today no weight loss but no gain either:thumbsup2 so I guess that is a good thing. Hopefully I loose something this coming week.

How's everyone doing?
 
Woo Hoo! Didn't gain any weight on vacation! Now I just have to get back into my routine & pick up some more Lean Cuisines! How is everyone else doing?

Hi! I am going back to WW tonight - the first time since I have joined. So we will see. It's really hard in the summer!!! :)

I have done the treadmill 3 xs so far this week and hope to do it 2 more times.
 
I haven't posted here because I have been really bad with the diet. Lots of things have come up in the last couple of weeks that had me really stressed and I am a comfort eater, and well, you get the picture. I was too ashamed to tell everyone that I have actually gained 4 pounds. :guilty: I'm trying to get back on track and I sincerely hope I am successful.

The summer is hard along with things that life brings us...I am a comfort eater as well...sending you lots of :hug: :hug: :hug: .
 
You know what's odd? I've been dieting since the end of April. At first I had to learn to live with the hunger. Now I have to remind myself to eat more. If I'm not careful or really super busy I've had days were I've realized that I have only had a couple of lean cuisines & a granola bar in a day. That's only about 700 cal. I have to remind myself daily to add healthy snacks to my diet. Anyone else have this problem?

Don't be ashamed we all have days or weeks like this. This week might not be one of my stellar times. I have pringles staring at me yes they can stare :rotfl: I have to get rid of the buggers tomorrow. I think in fact I'll go put them in the car right now. I know I won't go out to get them later in my Jammies :guilty:.

Hi! I went to my first WW meeting last week since I have joined and lost 2#s...it was slow but I guess I am BBQing, etc too much this summer!!! :) I have been doing the treadmill though...

I was doing so well then the dreaded "time" came and I ate just about anything and everything that wasn't tied down. Need I say I gained 2 lbs I'm so weak. I have 4 weeks and a little to spare to get to disney weight. I do not want to diet while I'm there. I want to be able to enjoy myself but not go overboard.

This is a restart of my dieting.

So far I have lost 23 lbs. Just 27 more to go.:thumbsup2 I think it will be easier when the kids are back in school in a couple of days.

I just came back from my Vegas vacation and I ate like a pig. I'm trying to get back into the swing of things. I haven't weighed myself yet. I usually weigh in on Saturdays, so hopefully when I weigh myself on Saturday it won't be too bad.

I have to get strict again. I have a wedding in about 3 weeks and I want to look "decent".
