I haven't posted here because I have been really bad with the diet. Lots of things have come up in the last couple of weeks that had me really stressed and I am a comfort eater, and well, you get the picture. I was too ashamed to tell everyone that I have actually gained 4 pounds.I'm trying to get back on track and I sincerely hope I am successful.
You know what's odd? I've been dieting since the end of April. At first I had to learn to live with the hunger. Now I have to remind myself to eat more. If I'm not careful or really super busy I've had days were I've realized that I have only had a couple of lean cuisines & a granola bar in a day. That's only about 700 cal. I have to remind myself daily to add healthy snacks to my diet. Anyone else have this problem?
Some of my days are like that! Just not enough of them yet.....![]()

Hi! I went to my first WW meeting last week since I have joined and lost 2#s...it was slow but I guess I am BBQing, etc too much this summer!!!I have been doing the treadmill though...

I was doing so well then the dreaded "time" came and I ate just about anything and everything that wasn't tied down. Need I say I gained 2 lbs I'm so weak. I have 4 weeks and a little to spare to get to disney weight. I do not want to diet while I'm there. I want to be able to enjoy myself but not go overboard.
This is a restart of my dieting.

So far I have lost 23 lbs. Just 27 more to go.I think it will be easier when the kids are back in school in a couple of days.
