One of our two westies has been missing since about 8pm this evening. We have searched long and hard non-stop for 2 hours and I have just come in for a quick rest. DH is still out looking and DD is really upset. We live on a quiet little lane and we just can't work out where she could have gone :confused3 :(

We would appreciate some pixie dust! :sad2:

Oh, Frances I know how you feel. We've 'lost' several cats over the years. If it's any consolation, they all turned up in the end. Keeping my fingers crossed for you that she turns up before bedtime.

Frances, I know how you feel, we lost our little miniture yorkshire terrier back last year, he managed to get out of the lane gate, the good news is we did get him back eventually, mainly thanks to his name and phone number tag he had on.

Loads and loads of pixie dust being sent to you right now :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: Keep us informed please, and fingers crossed.

There aren't any rabbit holes he could have gone done is there? Have you tried getting your other Westie to help with the search?

Good luck.

Oh Frances, what a worry. I do hope she has turned up since you posted this message.

May I ask what colour she is and where abouts in Bath (assuming it is within Bath) that you lost her... will keep an eye out when I am out and about - although unlikely to be much help... :(

Thank you so much for all of the good wishes, everyone. We called the police and luckily they connected us with someone who had found her. :goodvibes

Thanks again. At least we will now sleep tonight....although I hope she isn't encouraged to escape again, with all the attention the children are giving her right now  :)

By the way, Boo, she was white and we live in the Combe Down area. Thanks for your help anyway.

Oh Frances - bet you were distraught. I have a westie too - they are little minxes! I can't let Jock off the lead or he just does his own thing! They are very curious strong willed dogs! So glad your little dog is ok! :teeth:
