We can't edit titles anymore????

Can someone please tell me how to edit a title? When I hit "Edit", just a small window opens up where I can change/edit the body of the thread, but not the title...

If you click on edit, you get that window... right next to the "Save" button is a "Go Advance" button. If you click on that you can edit the title
