we are still getting blown off the face of the map

half of our area has no electric at all.....we are the lucky group with just the street lights out.....makes it mighty dark but we can handle it.....we are ready with lanterns and our generator is ready to be used in case we need it.....got it after the ice storm of 98 and havne't had to use it yet.....fingers crossed for not having to use it at all......
wind is bad out there........took the meg out to go potty (wish that dogs could use the facilities instead ) and the wind scared me .......I had to go in the fenced in yard and calm her down and put her on a leash to bring her in......oh well she didn't go and next time it isnt' my TURN.....hahaha....

It was really rough earlier here just outside of Manchester, and it was rough at school closer to the seacoast too. We had a tree come down on our mail box and part of our pool fence blew away. At school we were watching the treese bed practically to the groundWe think we were without power here at home for about 6 hours, but considering they thought it might last 24-48 hours we consider ourselves very lucky. We plugged in the generator so we had some heat, a few lights, tv and water. Got take out from our favorite Mexican place and had a picnic in the one room that had lights. We're just glad the power came back when it did, or else we might have had half the neighborhood here for the night. I just got home from the dorm, I'm glad my house didnt have to turn into one. They said several parts of the state will be without power for days, and I'm not sure that power has been restored to the other side of town yet. It's a cold night too to not have heat

We had it rough earlier today..wind was pretty bad, luckily no power outages though.
