On being booked. That makes is all seem real. I was going to stop at Home Depot today, but I was so tired after the parade and I still had to stop at Hobby Lobby. I want to start our countdown when we get to 90 days.

And that was not nice of the CM who acted funny because you weren't booking a package. We book our vacations around what's best for our family not around the commission that the CM will make

I've been so busy with Dayne other than the booking; I haven't done too much...other than I went shopping via the internet at the Disneystore...
bought Danny two t-shirts, me five --three t-shirts and two short sleeve hoodies, water bottles for Ashton's friends for Easter, pj's for the girls for their bday in July, flip flops for Ashton and Chloe...hmmmm I think that is it; I just hope my shirts fit if so I have my disney trip wardrobe done except I want so new Keds or Sketchers... (tried to copy my order but didn't work--will have to wait until it comes in)Oh and I bought Ashton his coat for next year for a grand total of $12--I love deals like that

I am still cutting out Mickey heads; I should have just gone back to Home Depot...I have some but not enough...and I thought Gwendolyn had extra boards and does not so I have to go out and get one or two of those

I did but the CM did not put in any info for any of my request; so I guess I will be faxing it over and put it in the computer request...
I requested a King room and a d/d room---connecting if possible, or next to one another; in the 50's bldg w/a lake view
when she suggested preferred rooms I said I would prefer standard; she says to me "you plan to look at a parking lot ALL week" I told her we are not in the room that much and that I would like the lake view because I heard it was a quiet section (I didn't mention that I also heard it was the fireworks view)...but she did not put it in my request so I'll just fax my request over 72 hours before we leave and put in my request when I do room check in over the computer 10 days before!

I am sooo happy!!! I just wish Danny was...he will when it gets closer to time!

I need to make a run to the dollar store today; to get poster boards and index cards to start my organizing! and planning...
I also plan to order our tickets today! I found an awesome deal for 6 day hoppers!

I need to do my countdown as well. I'm trying to decide when to start. Too far out, and it feels like it takes forever. Too soon, and it seems pointless.

this is still a work in progress...
I cut the maps I had and there are three other small posters that surround the larger one but my phone will not work with me to send the photos over...(still have not figured out the camera/computer problem)
so just to give you guys an idea...it is still missing all the 8,7,6 Mickey heads we are working on that today...

Thanks! Megan, I have two more since you viewed...now off to finish and I want to surprise Gwendolyn with one for her trip to Dollywood and one for the beach in June...she told me I was sick... and Dayne rolled his eyes; I told him he better keep his fingers off and not get excited in front of me when it starts to countdown...Ashton is so proud and happy with his countdown...now I need to make him a potty chart (we are still not going #2 in the potty and I have no clue how to get him there...did not have this problem with the older two)...so for now we are telling him we are going to see Mickey and if he wants to come he has to start using the potty for both! or he has to stay home and take care of the dogs!

I think I screwed him up last year for before his surgery; I knew he would not want or be able to climb up and down and could not be lifted so I had put him off with thr training...I'll let that remain the excuse for now!

Good day everyone!!!!

My wonderful dis friend Lisa just shared the most awesome bit of information with me and I plan to use it to surprise Danny and the boys!!

she sent me a pin (that I was able to use) for the Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Studios!!!

I was suppose to book our townhouse today or tomorrow--I booked the above instead...now, I need to do some serious streamlining and figuring things out for the entire week. That was the $100+ saved from the tickets I am buying. I'm thinking the dining experience will take backseat...maybe just two character breakfast instead of three and I need to think this out....

I'm thinking AK Donald's safari breakfast and CP at the MK....so, I can get into the parks early with out any people...

so, if you could only do TWO meals which two would you do?!?

I am sooo happy that you were able to use the email that I sent you. We don't usually eat breakfast while at Disney World so I can't recommend any for you. I do know that we love the dinner at Crystal Palace and have heard great things about their breakfasts.

I would do the safari breakfast & 1900 park faire at the GF. I like that breakfast. Cape May Cafe was awesome, too. Although- you want breakfasts in the parks, right?

ADRs: Donald's Safari Breakfast would be on my list for sure--heard such great things about it!!!

Dayne: I hope his wrist is on the mend.

we already knew that it was a bad bone that he broke...
well, it is not a bad break (thank goodness for that) but, it is a bone that does not receive of blood flow...so, takes a long time to heal.
So, he will wear a hard cast for the next 6 weeks after that point he will either need a cast unitl the 8 wk or 12 wk point or will need surgery.

HE IS NOT A HAPPY BOY! AT THE MOMENT
his basket ball season is OVER!

Hey April! I think I am def. keeping Donald's safari bk I wanted to tthat one last year and yes I was really thinking more Ashton's interest (I think I would be the only one to love 1900) so I am down to CP or Ohana's.

The calendar is a reg poster board, foam stick letters, the maps that Disney will mail you (or you can print) and I cut out the mickey heads from Hope Depot paint chips...

Hey Stephanie! I had been thinking about what I wanted to do for quite a while; but, we put it together this past week. It would have been quicker if I had gone to Home Depot instead but I was too shy. No really I never go there and just thought I would cut them out and Ashton cut his own out while I did ours.

Thanks! April and Steph! I like it but I like Becky's chain too! think I'll have to do that one next time (Ashton will be older and should enjoy the trivia)...I think he will have a blast taking them off each night!

Connie, I hope he ehals well without the need for surgery. I would be sad too to miss my senior year of my sport. I hope he is able to come to terms with this soon.
