Ginny~I don't think Dayne will be going to school next year (he keeps telling me he is --but, not making any decisions about where or what for...)
if he and Gwendolyn go they will both have to miss school. But, Gwendolyn will just do her schedule on Tue and Thur for that semester if they decide to go!

Ginny, you and the girls need to plan a long weekend and join us!!! we will be in WDW Tue - Sat! I'll post a proable itinerary so anyone making plans can see what I have in mind!

Barbara~ our dates will be the week AFTER Thanksgiving (hopefully everyone will have gone home by than ) and we will have a sparselly filled park! that is the reason we are picking that week! But, a meet would be a lot of fun if ya'll are there at the same time

Yes I see Thanksgiving is the 25th next year. It would be fun if the girls and I could plan something. Sandi has to work this year the Friday after so she should be off next year. We could come Friday thru Wednesday. That would be awesome.

I guess I wasn't thinking that next year Dayne will be out of school (if he chooses) and by then maybe Gwendolyn and Joe will be in their house. This is going to be a fun trip.

--Nov 29 (MON) IOA/US hopefully the crowds will be gone by this day
--Nov 30 thru --Sat Dec 04 WDW resort
--Sun Dec 05 drive home
Danny will probably take Dec 06 off from work; if Gwendolyn schedules her classes on Tue and Thur she will have off Monday to rest; and at this time we have no clue what Dayne will be doing at that time next year

Let's see. We'll be going the day or two days before thanksgiving and leaving Monday, the 29. Are you staying on property when you go to US/seaworld?
We'll probably stay at one of the POs.
For the 2010 promotion give a day, get a disney day, we're going to get a free ticket from that and then upgrade to a 5 day ticket I think or 4 day. Do you know how much the tickets would be and also would I be able to get the dining plan?

Barbara, the dining plan is only offered to resort guest...so, if you are staying on property you can get the dining plan and it must be for the length of your stay for everyone in your party. I'm not sure what the ticket only prices are at this time, we may look into the "Give a Day, Get a Day" promotion. I told the kids about it, Gwendolyn & Joe seemed interested; Dayne said he and his friends may like to find a "Habitat for Humanity" project. We'll see!

I don't know what we are going to do about the first three nights...that will wait to a little closer to time...in May I ended up cx'ng three nights off the WDW ressie at the end of March and found the townhouse! I would like to stay on property at US/IOA it will depend on any promotions they have at the time . But, the townhouse we stayed in was sooo nice and soooo cheap--I just don't know!!

Good morning! Mel, Ginny, & Lisa,

Lisa~ it stormed here I know between 4 & 6 am. I got out of bed at 5 to receive Princess C; the lightening was just starting to move out of our area! Danny was suppose to work today a crane job in Hammond and it was CX unitl next week (they are setting up concrete homes--pretty interesting). I brought Dayne & Peter Pan to see him yesterday. Dayne says hey that looks a pretty easy job!!! I said yeah, you just to get certified and go offshore or something, I can't afford to support you! The operators where Danny works I don't see how they make it. he than ask if Dad is a supervisor why is he running the crane?!? So, than you explain with the state of todays economey the company laid off a bunch of people and the sups are now running the jobs and equipment. Danny said he likes it this way; the guy under him listens to every word he tells him

Mel~ yes, Princess C is here...think it is going to be a quiet playday for the two of them. Danny went accross the lake to pick up a check since his job here was CX. So, maybe when he gets back we will go find something to do . But, I really feel like just staying in and having a quiet day...all of our allergies are really acting up with this crazy weather!

Ginny~ we just had a new Lonestar open up with the new mall in Hammond... I have not tried it yet! the kids have I'll have to ask what they thought...I hope he had a great day yesterday! I hope they get a win tonight!!! being homecoming and Asutin's bday and all. Be sure to get some great pics of those gorgeous cheerleaders tonight!!!!

Love the tickles. I am so ticklish that if anyone come at me I just cringe. They love me on pedicures. NOT. Don and Sheri are not ticklish at all. My brothers would take turns holding me down. Those mean old boys. It's a wonder I still love them as I do.

It stormed really bad on my way home last night. By the time I got home it was all over. Very thankful. It moved thru here really fast.

I chose the ticker that was a single line (it does a daily countdown--not months); I didn't think I had enough room for the ticker like yours(the monthly countdown). When Danny and I started talking about going back, Danny told me we had to wait until Peter Pan could ride everything...well he will get him wish (but, I bet you 20:10 he meant our normal 5 yr trek! )!

Yes I know we're thinking about staying at riverside or coronado. I liked at the give a day, get a disney day and the things they have are for only 2 or 3 hours but it would be like a 35 minute drive. But I have time to plan that. We can play together
I thought I had a plan for the November trip but now it's changing and I also made some ressies last night I'm not sure what I'll be keeping and what the plan will be. I really have to sit down and think about it.

So, I was playing around on here yesterday afternoon with dates! So, I have marked my calendar!!!

I found out I can start booking ADR's June 3, 2010! (I will be in FWB at that time...guess I'll have to bring the computer with me!

Some must do's will be
Crystal Palace, Donald's breakfast at Tusker House, Ohana's breakfast w/Lilo & Stitch, and Whispering Canyon! we will need one more (I think late lunch or early dinner)

Danny & I were talking last night and we have decided that we will be getting the DDP for us and Peter Pan. [I sat down with the menus and figured out the price for OOP/DDP -- if we do 5 TS meals and 5 CS meals it was only like a $30 difference! --now I can do the DDQP cheaper than they charge!) If the older kids join us they can get the DDQP or if they want to buy the DDP but all three will have to get the same plan!

I also checked out the "Pirates & Pals Fireworks Voyage" I can reserve this on Sept 1, 2010! this will be for just the three of us! ($53.99 and 30.99 (ages 3-9) just in case anyone was wondering!) If the rest of the crew wants to join us they will DEF! have to pay for it themselves!!

I believe we are going to pay for the room only for the older kids and of course Dayne's tickets. The food and extras they will need to cover! I have not decided if we are going to do "Mickey's very merry Christmas". I have heard so many mixed reviews on this

Oh! well that's it for today!!! need to get off here and get my day started!!! although mine started at 5 am and I was taking a small break...

We are leaving around 5 to go to dinner and over to the casino. Aust is excited about my winnings last nite. He's thinking I'll give him more money to spend. Crazy kid.

Hi Connie!

I am finally joining in on your PTR

I like the atmosphere of the character meals- they are great with the kids. However, I did Crystal Palace on the ddp last august, and I would not say it is the greatest food. It may be better for breakfast though because we had dinner there. I think when we go back if we decide to do a character meal that it will definitely be a breakfast one. Breakfast food is pretty cut and dry, and plus all the mickey waffles you can eat Listen at me rambling on . So I see our new trio is gearing up for "Handy Manny" tomorrow night I am sooo up for the tacos!!!
