Hello! everyone!! Ginny hug and kiss taken care of with a smile and giggle!!

Isn't it a great update! I would not think that it should affect FL too much! If you look at the map drawing it will emcompass a great part behind pooh's play corner. I would think they are going to start back there; than close toon town as they start in that area! Than finally go into the FL area blocking off the center and you should probably be able to walk around the constuction! I did hear about the knight thing; I just still feel there is alot more they can do. An easy step up would be to decorate the Indy cars to become "The Cars" themed ride! I could think of a lot of ways to help the booy thing!
Maybe I'll have a granddgt someday. Even with a boy I can't wait to see what they do!

Thanks Missy! I had seen the clip on Sat.! (I have it posted, too on the previous page pg 14 :lmao: and also three links for three precious princesses!) if you get a chance give them you're vote! Thanks!

Have a great day! everyone!! :wave2:

I don't know how I managed to get 4 pages behind.

To join the children's show discussion: I loved the Wiggles. I know. I'm weird. But I miss them. I stopped watching when Greg left. It just wasn't the same. Will loved them and so did Christian. They still watch the videos every now and then. Both of them. We went to see them live twice. I guess they just make me think of when the kids were little ('cause they are SO big now at 4 and 7, right?).

Christian will still watch "kids" shows, but he's more into Nick Jr. than Disney. He loves Backyardigans (which Will calls a "baby" show, but then sits down to watch) and Max and Ruby. Both the kids love Max and Ruby. Now there's a show I can't stand. Ruby drives me CRAZY (she's SO bossy) and Max is supposed to be 3. He MUST be able to speak in sentences longer than one word. And where are their parents? I like Backyardigans though. Christian occassionally watches Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and he'll watch the rest if Disney is on, but doesn't really care. I never cared much about Handy Manny and he'll watch Imagination Movers, but I think it's just okay. Prefer the Wiggles. Don't really like OSO at all. I think they are copying Dora with the 1,2,3 thing. Christian still likes Dora and Diego too. But he's starting to copy his big brother. They both like Star Wars the Clone Wars and Pokemon. Will will watch anything on Cartoon Network (that I'll let him watch), but Christian gets bored quickly with stuff like Ben10. Will used to love Little Einsteins. Christian liked it, but it was never his favorite. Will has always loved music, so that's why he loved Little Einsteins. They both loved all of the Baby Einstein movies too. They STILL watch some of them. I never minded Little Einsteins.

There are some I miss, though. I miss JoJo's Circus. Sometimes it drove me crazy, but I miss it now. And (let's see if any of you remember this one), I REALLY miss PB&J Otter. I loved that show! I'm mad they took it off. Here, I just found this on You Tube:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aaFzEau2cgY&feature=related

I miss Rolie Poly Olie too, but we have a couple of Olie videos so that's okay. PB&J never came out with videos.

Anyway, at least now the "big kid" shows they watch are Disney shows (other than Cartoon Network). They both like Hannah Montana and Jonas (okay, I like Jonas too) and Zack and Cody. I don't really let them watch the big kid shows on Nick. Don't like 'em.

And I don't do Sponge Bob either. I wouldn't let them watch him for a while. Then I gave in a little...I mean, Will IS 7. Then they stopped watching him. Thank goodness. And I won't put him back on. Just don't think it's something my kids need to watch.

Christian still likes Blue's Clues some too. I know everyone in the world liked Steve better, but I prefer Joe. Maybe it has to do with when you started watching it.

Oh, and Christian LOVES Little Bill. But that's a pretty cool show. Lazy Town, not so much, but he really likes that too. THANK GOODNESS Nickelodeon was smart enough to put out "Nick Favorites" DVDs. One of each show on each DVD. We have like 5 of them. Perfect for Christian.

OH, and I almost forgot one of MY favorites...Charlie and Lola. I love Charlie and Lola. Will used to like it okay. Christian never cared much about it, but he was really little when it went off. He might like it now. He's a lot like Lola. We have a couple of those DVDs. And we have one or two Stanley DVDs too. I'll bet he'd like Stanley. He loves animals. I need to get those out. He might like Olie too come to think of it. He does love Bear in the Big Blue House. We only have one of those, but I need to get more. Bear was a good show. Why can't Disney leave well enough alone? I sure wish they had PB&J Otter DVDs. Sigh.

Oh, and Kipper. Do you guys know Kipper? Both boys love Kipper, although Christian more than Will. He used to drive me crazy, but now I kind of like him. He's funny. I really do probably like kids' shows more than I should. :rotfl:

I think my kids actually have more DVDs than Matt and I do. Oh well. I like kid shows, what can I say.

Hope you all had a good day!
Okay, I began to like the Wiggles okay until Greg left. Like you, when he was gone, it wasn't the same.

Can't stand Ruby and Max. Why Mitchell likes that show, I'll never understand. We both love Little Bill! He's such a charming little fellow. I miss Jo Jo's Circus too and Bear in the Big Blue House. Charlie and Lola are just okay in my book. Lola is too whiny,.

We have many, many children's movies in our home, too. Most of them are Disney, whether Mitchell wanted them or not! We are now "collectors". ;)

So, I was sitting next to Danny on the sofa earlier and said..."can we please go to Disney the end of Jan beginning of Feb!"

I did not get an answer; just a look! than I said
"what if they extend the "free dining" or do the 4/3-7 deal again?"

We'll see!

Hey that's better than what I've been getting:confused3

I gotta keep trying...what do you think my chances are of asking can we gl in Jan and than again the first week of DEC:rotfl2:! can I say AP!:lmao:

NOT! THIS YEAR!!! maybe in about five I can talk him into that one!:rotfl:

Good Luck! Hey, a "we'll see" is better than no, for sure! Good luck. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you. AP's would be wonderful, too!

Ginny,
I know what I said in all the PM's but I just like my siggie this way!! :lmao:
but, I will be more careful about the other things ;)

What's wrong with your siggie? Nosy me.

I know what you mean. I get the fever so bad. I am starting to get butterflies because we are getting so close.

I wish I could do appliques. One of my co-workers has a sewing machine that will do any of it. I can't even put an iron on and get it straight :lmao:.

I think I am at my happiest when I am planning a Disney trip :goodvibes.

Wow! Your trip is so close! Congratulations - :woohoo: :yay: :cool1: :dance3: :cheer2:

OFFICIAL - New Fantasyland Rumour is TRUE!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The rumour that Fantasyland is getting a massive makeover, complete with Twin Dumbo's, Little Mermaid Ride, and a host of other things is TRUE.

http://www.orlandosentinel.com/trave...21880.htmlpage

It has just been announced at the D23 Expo by head of Imagineering Jay Rasulo

Full Video Announcement with wonderful illustrations HERE http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=08W5Os-Wnj0

***I COPIED THIS FROM ANOTHER THREAD!!***

Awesome! I can't wait to see the Little Mermaid ride. You know, though, the boys won't be interested in seeing all that princess stuff, even if they do put the villians in there.

I can't imagine DUMBO inside a tent, either. Isn't the whole point of the ride to be flying high so you can see everything below and get a good view of the castle?

Will someone please give me some grandchildren so I can go? Mine won't even let me near toontown or the fairies.
I'm trying for you a granddaughter, but it's not working out so well right now! :rotfl:

Thank you for taking care of my little one. I thought of him several times this weekend. There were several young children there playing and having a good time. He would have liked the cute little girls. My fav family of Don's lives in Vegas and has 2 girls and a boy. They didn't come this year. But the boy was born in Nov so she probably didn't want to make a trip by herself. Her DH perfoms in Vegas doing something.

I've been putting my votes in every morning. I managed to save the links from your fb. Thanks. Have a great afternoon. BTW. Did Dayne work this weekend?

Dayne worked Saturday (his first day-three hrs) and yesterday 7 hrs!
Vegas sounds like fun need to find where to add that one! I know when I do yellowstone!

Mel
, I'm trying for you a granddaughter, but it's not working out so well right now!

I am a patient grandma.

Connie,

One year we took 2 weeks drove I80 to Salt Lake City, toured everything there. My goofy Don had to drive on the Bonneville salt flats. (they were very popular in our age group). So here I am filming him going maybe 55 on the flats with my sis-in-law in the back seat. What fun. Then dropped down thru Nevada and hit every little town on the way to Reno that had a casino. Sharon (SIL) hit a quarter jackpot and they had to raid the cash register to give her $42.00. We laughed so hard. They have a lot of little roadside stops (here we call them rest areas, but since there are no trees or shades, it is just a bathroom). Well, I called those bathrooms 'wooshers' cause you felt like you were going to get sucked down there. Don't ever put a child on them. You'd lose them for sure. Then we got to Reno and spent the night and headed to San Francisco to where my SIL lived. After a couple of days we all drove back to Reno in bro Gary's 55 Lincoln convertable. We spent the night then drove down Hwy 1 in California for a ways. We had more fun. Way more to this trip but I'll tell later. I really am supposed to be working before he gets back.

That sounds totally awesome! I'd love to take a trip like that.

And I laughed about your warning about putting a child on a woosher! :rotfl: Too funny.

We were talking about it again today! while watching "Modern Marvels" about possible Jan/Feb trip! still need to wait for the deals:rolleyes1 just taking too long to release!

What's wrong with your siggie? Nosy me.
sent you a PM

I think they are going to have games and stuff like that in the tent but the rides appear to still be outside like now. In fact if you look at the rendition; one ride is kept the same and the other has double the Dumbo seats!
I'm trying for you a granddaughter, but it's not working out so well right now! :rotfl:

It will happen; you just need to remind DH every once in a while how much it means to you!

Good morning Connie. On my way to work but just a quick hello. Have a great day. Hope your weather is good.

Give my prince a hug and kiss please. And throw in a tickle. I know he likes em.

Ginny

Hello! Ginny
what a beautiful day!!! but suppose to have break through rain throughout the day!!
Little man is at my parents for the day; and it is a good day for me to have alone time.

Funny story:
Yesterday afternoon Danny & I decided to run to the store for some much needed food for the house! Well, little man was soooo excited to go by by! He was so tired on being cooped up! well, he feel asleep about 5 min from the store, slept through the entire store, (I put him in one of the buggies w/the carrier attached! (his poor legs just hung off of it--everyone smiled when they passed!), put him back in his car seat --ALL THE WHILE NEVER WOKE UP!!!
well just as we turned onto our street he woke up and we hear this shrill
'

"I DON'T WANT TO GO TO MOMMA'S HOUSE; I WANT TO GO BY BY!! NO PLEEEEASE"
poor baby did not get to go by by! I had called mom to see what the doctor told her and so she asked if she could pick up the litttle man. When I placed him in his car seat in her van he was sooooo excited; he was going BY BY! :lmao:

Have a great day!! I have to go run to the back to put money back in my account two checks people gave me took the rubber way out!!!

That poor little man. Geesh mom, he just wanted to go by by. He must have been tired from the night before. I am glad you and Danny did something besides sit around all day since he had the day off. Even going to the store is better than nothing. Spending the money, not so much.

BTW I love the way you have the pix arranged on your siggie.

Have a great day.

I'm finally back! got a late start...but it was sooooo nice:cloud9:
I do not remember that last time I did that! I went to the bank, than went to the local hobby store (I want to try my hand at making handmade mickey head appliques for t-shirts:eek: --for our next trip!) they did not have any t-shirts I liked so I need to find a few cheap ones first (in case I screw them up):rotfl2:, seen some material I want to pick up to try my hand at making Chloe a pillowcase dress:cutie: (hoping I can do this--thinking great holiday & bday gifts:thumbsup2 ), than went to "Big Lots" trying to find a cheap kitchen set for the kids to play with, and than the local school supply store for homeschool supplies for my babies!

Came home starving I did not eat all day!:scared1: so I stopped at "Cane's":upsidedow; but, it was a nice treat to end my day! :wizard:DS3 has said he is not coming home again today/tonight! that's ok! let them have fun! I have Chloe all week next week! so they won't be able to visit!
Later! C :wave2:

What a good day you had. All to yourself. It had to be fun to just go and not worry about your little prince. I bet you can do the crafty things. I know you have talents.

Am I going to have to scold you for not eating like Lisa does me?

Have a good rest of your evening.

Just stopping by to say  Connie.

I'm trying to get around to everyone's PTRs/TRs one last time while I can. Hopefully I'll make it over again, but if not I'll catch up when I get back.

Glad little man is enjoying himself at your mom's house. It sounds like you had a fun "you time" day today.

Hope the rain stays away tomorrow too. It sounds like you've gotten what you need!

Connie,

It sounds like you had a good time all alone yesterday. Hunter is a really good shopper and never complains when I want to stop in craft stores or dollar stores. I trade out with him though. I go to Toys R Us or to the toy department in Target or Wal-Mart. But, it's always nice to have a day when I can go all by myself just like you did yesterday.

Have you looked at Michael's for the t-shirts. Our local store had them on sale a while back. I think they were 2 for $5. Also, sign up for the Hobby Lobby emails and they'll send you coupons.

Lisa

Good morning Connie. Have a great day. We have sunshine so far. I got soaked at Andrew's soccer match last night. They won 2-0. It rained from the time I left work till we got home at 8:30. I have got to get my house ready for Sandi. Don vacuumed and mopped floors yesterday. All I have left is the guest bedroom. So maybe tonite? Then I have shopping to do for the birthday party. I'm going to try to do it before work tomorrow since I don't come in till 10.

Give my fair prince a hug and kiss please. Oh, what the heck, Give him 2 of everything.

Have a great day.

Ginny
