That's terrible about the insurance. Ours keeps going up too for no reason. I think I need to shop again too.
Were you there for Katrina? That was terrible. And now I feel really bad for Haiti. I donated today at Publix and Emily organized a drive at her school collecting items for Haiti.
Don't forget stick with NOVEMBER/DECEMBER. Trust me, you'll thank me then.

yes, we stayed home for Katrinia! We lost alot of trees and were very lucky they all fell away from the house, we had some vinyl damage, and we lost our chimmeny stack. Just, thankfully for us that it did that little wobble to the east just as it was approaching land or we would have fared alot worse. It was the scariest storm I had rode out. Swore after that one and than when Ashton came along that I would not stay for anything over a "three". Danny stays for the storms because of his parents...they live on the southshore and his dad is not able to travel any further than our house. So, I leave with my parents...although for Gustav we went to Sabine AL and Danny just left his mom, dad, and sister in our house and came with us.

I know, I know...I really think we are going in Nov/Dec but Dayne is now looking at a school in Nashville TN and if he does decide to go there or anywhere next year he will not be able to join us...so, we are knocking a few dates around at this time. Dayne has a week off (testing and he is a Sr so he gets the week off) the last week of April and it is a value week ?!?....

you were the first person I thought of and told Danny that you were right there when Dayne brought it up...but, Dayne changes his mind weekly...we are trying to keep him here in LA he will have tution assistance. LA offers TOPS which helps pay for tution but you have to stay here in the state. I would venture to say we will know what Dayne decided in August...since we do know it will not be a four year university...he has to start at the community/jr college level or votech

Sunday night, I experienced what some would call an aniexty attack! as did all the SAINTS fans across LA, I'm sure...
the game was an awesome playoff game. When I think of a championship that is the kind of game I think about...but, saying this I need to say it has never been that close to the heart before (even watching Dayne is basketball playoffs last year...you sit at the edge but you know the out come by the fourth quarter)... that being said...I have never paced, jumped, yelled, hid my eyes like I did Sunday night!!!

I never in my wildest ever thought I would ever see the New Orleans Saints make it to the Superbowl...in fact when Benson started talking about moving the team I made the comment that ??? Saints would winn the superbowl when they left Louisiana.

I think I just about had a heart attack Sunday night. I had already resigned myself to the loss at the end of the game until that 12 man penalty. We all went nuts!!!! Once the game was over, no one could sleep around here. There were fireworks all around us, car horns, people screaming...I will remember that night forever.

I loved Jim Henderson's words at the end of the game..."It's good! It's good! It's good! Pigs have flown! Hell has frozen over! The New Orleans Saints are going to the Super Bowl!"

SUch an awesome time down here right now.

I love what Jim Henderson said too! I didn't hear it until the next day. Now, the big thing is Buddy D's dress...I have a few crazy guys I went to HS with that are posting pics on FB of the dress they plan to where. How crazy!! only in New Orleans

Danny and I are celebrating Valentine's early this year...this Sunday night we are going to Biloxi; my mom is keeping Ashton for us (this is the first time I plan to leave him overnight and I am not just around the corner at home).

This is great info Connie. I have TS 2 and we lost TS 1 somewhere and I can't find it. I am going to order it as soon as it comes out. I have to get my pre-order for P and F in too.

I am all about planning Disney trips too. Last night I dreamed Dale and I were going to Disney for one day and we were running late leaving so we were only going to get 3 hours in the park........lol.
