Oh great, now i'm going to have to make brownies. pixiedustprincess had posted on my thread that she was making caramel apples a few days ago. So I HAD to make them yesterday, now we're on to brownies

Caramel apples...hmmm...I've never made those. Dayne loves candy apples I may need to learn how to do that

Hey, Connie! Your pups are so precious. Brownie is so cute, I can't believe he's a meanie. Poor Cinnamon. Only one tooth left. I feel so bad for that poor little baby!

I also enjoyed the pictures you posted. Your flowers are so pretty! I'd love to look at that every morning.

Good morning Connie. Hope you are having a good day. You were up earlier than me. I actually almost overslept. I have to take Andrew to school on Mondays and I'm to be at his house at 7. I got up at 7 till. Threw clothes on and drove. Good thing they are only 3 minutes from the house. I was back home by 7:25 and hopped in the shower so I made it to work on time. I'm leaving at 4:30 to go to Andrew's soccer match at 5.

Lucky little prince gets a play partner today. That makes him happy I know.

I get up every morning at 4:45; on the days Chloe gets here she is here between 5 & 5:30 and I stay up to get Dayne up for 6. I normally go back to bed with the babies; but this morning our little man woke up and wanted to watch Disney...so hopefully he will nap today or I will need to brew a pot of coffee (should do that anyway, my allergies are horrid today--I feel like I'm sitting in a bar room full of second hand smoke, I feel like I can't get any fresh air--the doctors all look at me like I'm crazy when I explain that )

I am lovin' the pictures you took. Has it stopped raining down there yet? We had an entire day without rain yesterday! Couldn't believe it. I spoke with Lacey on Saturday and she said it was raining in Georgia.....looks like what Louisiana had is now in Georgia.

Obviously the Doc's have not sat in a bar with smokers. I know exactly what you mean. Allergies have not let up here all summer. The rain didn't help. Mold is my worst one and winter is my worst time. We shall see for sure.

I hope you all can get a nap. I could use one myself right now.

we did not get rain Saturday and we had a slight sprinkle yesterday evening! come to think of it we did not have rain Friday, either! we have a slight overcast today! but, no rain! GA needs the rain still I'm sure...I remember last year my sister saying how they could not use water in their house at all! maybe their lakes will fill up this season!

Good Afternoon Connie! The pics of your dogs are great! I love Doxens(sp?) they are one of my favorite dogs! Hope you're having a great day!!

BTW, sorry I don't have much input on where you should stay. I have only stayed at CBR, All Star Sports, and POP. I LOVE CBR, so we always stay there. Didn't like All Star, too crowded & noisy! DH & I stayed at POP a couple yrs ago. We HATED it. The bus line was horrible! The food court wasn't that great. Pool was always way too crowded. Not a favorite at all! For now on, we will always stay at CBR, our home away from home!!!

Dauchunds are cute but not good with kids! you need to have all your family members and than add the pup or the pup does not seem to adjust to the newcomer. DS is 3 and she still does not like him

Good morning Connie. Hope you are having a grand day. We managed to get 2 1/2 inches of that rain yesterday. Needless to say Andrew's soccer match got cancelled. We are set for rain till Monday here.

Super busy day. Christine is not coming in so I'm all alone. I should be done around 6 to 6:30 tonite.

We are having a nice day so far! I woke up at 3 am to a migraine headache; thought I was dying....ended up in a hot shower, along with a pepsi (I don't drink pepsi--the only thing I could find with a caffeine boost at 3, two tylenol--finally back to bed at 4 only to get up again at 5!
I was able to go back to bed for 6 and sleep till 8! another two tylenol, breakfast, and lessons done! might go outside in a few haven't gone to see how hot and humid it is yet!

Have a great day and try not to work too hard! I hope you have a quiet day!

Nothing worse than a headache waking you up. I don't get migraines anymore, thank goodness. I don't think there is anything worse. You should have your doc get a midrin script to have on hand. Works great. And you can take 2 at a time to begin with then 2 more in an hour if no better. I used to have to be in a dark room with quiet.

I don't do the doctor until I have to! I know I mentioned how I feel about docs
just kidding!
Don't get headaches enough to bother w/ a script! thankgoodness...haven't had a bad one like that in a really long time! just when I do get them...they linger...the pain at the base of my skull and top jaw is gone but the residual headache will linger till tonight or tomorrow! I don't have Chloe tomorrow so I'll be able to sleep it off tonight hopefully!

getting ready to do lunch!! was trying to find something on Lisa's TR and can't find it...will have to go back later! didn't realize I had been sitting here this long...I stopped earlier to build a castle. Dayne came home and was all excited they called him into work today; so, he needed my car and I had to stop to be sure he ate something.

He is not a normal 17 year old BOY! I have to MAKE him eat!!! he is soooo skinny...but, somebody help me if I happen to have something that is his favorite (like chilibeans, pizza, speght. (I cannot spell speghetti to save my life) than I have to stop him! I tell him all the time he has an eating disorder.

Hopefully Sweet Boy is being good for Mommy today since she doesn't feel well. Mitchell always knew, even when he was very small, that Mommy wasn't well and he'd usually play by himself and let me rest. Amazing how intuitive they are.

I'm so sorry you have a migraine. I have them too sometimes and they are absolutely horrible. Hope you are feeling better soon.

I meant to tell you earlier that may help relieve your migraine headache. Lemon juice and salt. Yep, you heard me right....lemon juice and salt. If you don't have fresh lemons, you can use lemon juice concentrate. Pour it in a small coffee cup and mix in some salt. Stir really good and sip it until it's gone. It always helps me. When I mentioned this to John's neurologist, she said that she often tells her patients to keep lemonade handy because lemons are a natural antihistamine (spelling?) and will help open up your head.

Lisa, lemon and salt hmmmm!

I'm thinking the problem is hormone imbalance...since Gwendolyn moved back in we are having problems getting in sync. I'm staying regular and she is not and when she finally does I'm sick!
I'll have to remember the lemon and salt; although a quick does of caffeine usually helps w/heat and meds! last night I would have gladly tried the lemon/salt mixture.

Thanks! everyone for the well wishes! after a 30 min nap today I took an Aleve! and the worse part seems to be over...just feel like I have a hangover, now! get to sleep late tomorrow should help the rest!

Had Chloe till seven (her mom had to work late) they were so cute...I use to have her three nights a week until 9; So, I would feed her dinner and give her a bath. So, I gave her and Ashton a bath they were so funny washing one another's backs! I use to have ABC letters in the tub, but, when G & J moved in I moved Ashton out of that bathroom into mine; they both kept asking where are the ABC's (my little scholars).

Chloe BTW does have trigger thumb according to her pediatric ortho they do not give kids steroid inj for this ; they go straight to surgery. So, my baby girl is going to have to have surgery on her thumb--her mom goes Thursday to set it up. She is thinking the second week of Oct.
